GRace — Ft Harrison will be entirely closed on Sunday from 11 to 6 according to the Tampa Bay Times. They get one lane southbound in front of the Ft Harrison for the weekend. Not sure what reasoning they offered up for that…. It makes no sense.

Haha! That’s true of the exterior for sure. The interior, to judge from the renderings Tony O published last year, seem to owe a debt to Albert Speer’s New Reich Chancellery. All the proportions are daunting and superhuman in scale. No speck of warmth or comfort anywhere. It looks like architecture designed for some future race, meant to awe and intimidate.
