I attended a campaign rally during the 2008 campaign season held in a large hangar at the Anoka County Airport. One could actually play Football in the hangar. A TSA officer told that 13,000 people showed up.

I am not qualified to say this, but in my personal opinion, Mike, you are a genius. This blog is a brilliant idea. I have added it to my must-read along with Marty’s and it is fast becoming my favorite. VVWD sir. And Thank You. I am anxious for the time to come when little king Davie goes away (however it happens). Having spent 10 yrs. in the S.O. (no where near your level), I know that the vast majority of S.O. staff are incredibly great people — caring, loving people. They all want to help mankind over and above being helped themselves — which has always been the case. But, I know from my acquaintances who were on the ship with LRH, LRH made sure that staff were serviced to their benefit. No such luck under the little one. I am hopeful that when little Davie is gone, sanity will reign supreme uplines (I can dream can’t I)) and the church, which I notice Marty no longer has any faith in, will revive and return to the values that LRH had intended. God (or whatever Supreme Being) willing.

MF — thanks for your comment. You are absolutely correct. The shooting in Portland was a tragic thing, but it was decades ago. But it still gets trotted out along with the guy with a car full of weapons heading to LA who threatened to kill Karen Hollander (who I note was out of the Hole and in attendance…. ) ANd you can be guaranteed that the police were briefed on that, along with Henson’s conviction for making terroristic threats and discrimination in Germany and Anonymous and, and, and…. And add to that “major international celebrities may be in attendance.” They probably hired a well connected local lawyer to get an in into the PD. And the cops assigned to the job simply do as they are told. Investigate every report of suspicious people and activity. The police activity that Bunker documented was quite polite. Those guys were just doing their job. Mark was very polite back which is always advisable.
