So if Miscavige shows up next lifetime and walks into a Scientology org and says, “Hi, I’m back. ” And then he gets auditing, runs some past-life quack therapy, and tells his quack “minister” that he realizes he was David Miscavige in his last life, then supposedly Scientology looks up David Miscavige’s last lifetime ethics penalties, and they kick this returned “I’m back” David Miscavige (who will have their new name logically), they kick him out and tell him he’s got to come back 9 lives later. Joke.

No, there is no logical details of how you threaten and implement multiple lifetime penalties, since that whole past and future lives details of being a transmigrating soul and being held responsible for one’s past life accomplishments or horrors, it all can’t be implemented.

It’s part of the joke scam of past-future lives quackery selling groups.

Hubbard has one advertisement in the beginning of one of the training films (the Hubbard quackery training films have ads at the starts of them, ads that Hubbard also scripted or wrote “treatments” our outlines for the ads).

One ad is a young man walking up to the Reception of a futuristic Scientology charade “church” in the future, and the young man says “I’m back.” The Receptionist asks his name, and somehow looks up the young man’s “Passport” (Hubbard had a program called the “Scientology Passport” which on Tony Ortega’s blog, Sunny provided her Passport for evidence to see what that thing is) and the Passport has their last lifetime name and all their Scientology quackery accomplishments listed in the passport.

That program’s details were a mess to figure out. Theresa Locke (former ex of Dan Locke) worked on the Scientology Passport project, I know, I interacted with her a few times while she was trying to figure out the project’s details (I was on the Routing Forms project at the same time as she was doing her Scientology Passport project).

OK. I was not expressing myself clearly enough. I thought that Lisa was on a rundown, also given to Nancy Many, which made Lisa unwell (and Nancy, for that matter) developed/promoted by Miscavige and that later Miscavige was personally supervising Lisa during her final stay at the Fort St Harrison.

But I admit that my information is far from first hand. And, in any case, the mental attitude which lead to Lisa being locked up until she no longer posed a problem or a potential problem was instilled by L Ron Hubbard – IMHO.

Evidence. Sufficient evidence to CHARGE him with these crimes. Sufficient evidence so that once he’s charged, a grand jury will ALLOW the case to be tried. Unfortunately our justice system can protect a criminal sometimes. There’s the presumption of innocence. “Not guilty” in a court verdict does NOT (necessarily) mean “innocent”. It means there was not enough evidence to convict. The burden of proof is on the accusER. And the defense ONLY has to show that there’s “reasonable doubt” and the defendant walks. We’re not a police state. The guilty do sometimes go free under our system. I can go out tonite and kill someone, and if there are no witnesses and there’s no DNA of mine on the corpse or near it and the police can’t find the murder weapon, I won’t even be charged, let alone convicted. Under the law, murderess that I am, I’m “innocent”.

Now, in case you’re wondering, I’m not a legal person; I just read a lot of detective fiction 🙂
