You do not understand my last post. Saying that a person is weak in some area of life is a criticism, no matter what subject we are talking about. You call them like you see them – to everyone…in that manner ? Noticed a few blogs ago that you adamantly told someone else that they had ZERO knowledge, ZERO ( your caps, not mine ). I find that critical and aggressive. This is a blog about people sharing feelings, experiences and knowledge in the aftermath of Scientology. Courts in the US use statute and U.S. court precedence setting rulings. It does NOT use Common law:
