True that Brian cannot prove it, but my point is that by telling him it was for internal use, then turning around and using it in the litigation, they have created the situation where they have pissed Brian off and turned him into a liability for them in this litigation, and they compounded the problem for themselves by their stupid motion in which they falsely claimed he would not appear in Florida due harassment of him by the Garcia/independent side. It is just stupid tactics on their part.
