You have gone through so much & being diagnosed with a life long illness after Scientology is no Fun. I too have been in Sea Org many many years ago but have two types of cancer that appeared years later caused by Sea Org life. So we all form this amazing chain whereby the years fly along but we grow stronger in the conviction something is very very Wrong with Scientology. I knew some very dedicated members in the Sea Org, I was one. Until I realized the price a Scientologist pays for coloring outside the lines of in my day Ron now dm, coloring outside the lines of Policy. In one aspect I do see similarities. He used his congregants sexually.
Many were sick and old he loved the retirees as he took their social security as payment to live communally.

I am saddened to hear you were treated so terribly! In any other Church parish members would bring you a meal, call and check up on you, offer a ride to Drs Appointments, or slipped you cash to help w bills! The culture within Scientology is so Damaging!
I had no idea sea org members could have paying jobs outside the confines of their “prison”! I as an outsider see it as a prison….hell on earth!

I hear you, Peter Nortom, but I never lose faith that people can change their ways if approached in the right manner. I am more inclined towards reformation and rehabilitation than towards punitive handlings, and that’s the way that I will approach these things with them. I am interested in reuniting families, not in destroying the church.

Simple answer: MONEY. scn has billions and will fight and fight and fight to the last dollar using the First Amendment to the Constitution, smear campaigns, private investigators, blackmail, general harassment and anything else they can think of. Leah and Mike are now the vanguard of the battle against scn and it’s in the courtroom of public opinion where they will be conquered…worldwide. Waning stats, waning staff, and DM’s incessant idiocy will all result.
