Elizabeth, I feel the same way. These actors and actresses (and some younger guys too!!!) are influencers and it is irresponsible of them to go on promoting something that has proven itself to be so ignorant and toxic as this cult. This is the “merits” reason. However, before I get a chance to experiment this noble outrage when I see these folks on any media, something more basic and shallow has already happened to me. It is an intense EEEEEEWWWWW!!!!!! Lame!!!
I don’t mean to be offensive to the ex-members here. But to someone on the outside “Scientology” is SO tacky, and just SO offputting. When people start spewing this cult’s baffling gibberish it becomes impossible to look at them any more. It’s very, very, very unattractive.

I refuse to support any actor that promotes and supports Scientology.
