In reply to safetyguy. Not sure. I respect and keep some distance from the posterior of equines and bovines out of experience. My meter was calibrated to read 2.0 with homo sapiens, and 3.0 with homo novis. Hubbard rock slammed when not FNing at 3.0. COB was a stuck needle at 6.0.

Yet TC seems to never have stayed in his Clearwater condo. And he’s sold off his ranch in Colorado with a customized house, after years on the market and price cut of a third off.

That’s actually a fairly typical pattern for high-end vanity properties, the busy or preoccupied people who build them end up not having much if any time to actually enjoy them. When the homes do end up on the market they’re hard to sell because buyers in that niche want to do their own customizations and not pay for someone else’s.
