I just wish that most people who see him getting those bogus awards and medals had your ability for cutting through all the BS and seeing the truth. Well done Kat.

The term is narcissistic personality disorder, and though I wouldn’t officially diagnose him, he shows many traits of the narcissist. So did LRH- his was easier to see because of him writing so obsessively. Every thing was always about him; his comfort; his desires; his dictates; his intellect; his talent….its endless with LRH. Miscavige doesn’t seem to write at all. At least not for public consumption, which makes it harder to pinpoint and get examples. But i imagine the law firm will know his weak areas and will use them to their advantage.

I think he gives himself medals and honors without caring about repercissions because he knows no one inside would dare call him on it, and he knows most of them would never look on the internet. I imagine he feels pretty safe doing these outrageous things because of those two things- when anything negative comes up he can easily dismiss it as the “religious bigots” who are trying to destroy him. The still ins dont believe anything negative. They seriously believe we’ve made it all up because we are trying to destroy mankind. (And yes, thats what I’ve been told by some still ins when I’ve tried to speak with them). He has to keep up appearances that they are accomplishing something- how better than getting a “medal” from a foreign government for “saving mankind”. He can get a lot of milage out of that one.

This is encouraging evidence. It would seem to mean to me that he definitely has some mental or emotional problem that may be fairly easy to diagnose.

He don’t need no stinkin’ medal. Why would he risk such easy public embarrassment? Surely he can figure out that some news people would pounce on that. Does he really have such a strong need for some cheap-ass piece of tin that he would risk a whole bunch of public embarrassment?

I don’t know exactly (or even approximately) what kind of psychiatric deficiency this would suggest.
As I recall, there is some figure from Greek or Roman mythology for whom this condition is named. Is it Narcissus? I honestly cannot remember the name. But I would hope that condition might provide some clues how to get him to fall for some trap in a courtroom so that he would say or do something that would lead to his own downfall. The F’ing Jerk!
