LOL! Anyone who would fall for that DESERVES to be conned, unlike those falling for scn. Tubby was not quite that blatant in his con. We had to step back —out— from the balderdash to see just how idiotic his words were. I'm still exorcising some (non-BT) bits of his illogic nearly 40 years later. It's getting REALLY tiring to see how many of my unsociable traits were instilled by that fat old fabulist.

Aqua, I'm also not a medical person, but I believe you've got the right sense of things. scn's obsession with sanitizing hard surfaces IS counter-productive. That they're doing so in large groups of sleep-deprived and poorly-fed staff exacerbates the probability that one carrier getting in there will blossom into a full hot-spot of contagion, quite likely infecting all of them at once. Then infecting the flu-sufferers in "Iso" and on, and on, and on. I pity the poor crew. Always do, when I get a chance to compare my lives during and after scientology. Life is SO much ore fulfilling and FUN, now that I'm out. The major not-fun I get these days is contemplating what those still "in" are going through for NOTHING.

Aqua, I'm with you on that. I was public in NY in the '70s, working with Fdn staff at a scn's company so they could live, albeit constantly on the hairy edge of failure. Daytime, 9-5 was hard, demanding physical work, evening was hard, useless make-work which Tubby deemed "essential" even though NO one could see anything accomplished by doing it, other than the front-line: registrars, Tech staff, et al. Given the amount of money coming in, they could have paid actual sorta-living wages and staff wouldn't have had to "moonlight". At Flag, we all could have lived in not-filthy quarters and slept & eaten reasonably well. I got into a habit at Flog of taking what would now be called "power naps" after meal breaks. That kept me a little more sane at the time.

WAYC, giving Dwarfenführer advice is counter-productive. The more authoritative the adviser, the more likely he is to do the exact opposite. Look at how he's been about KSW, ffs.

Today is the fifth anniversary of the forced disconnection from my daughter Spring Atkinson-Baker because of Scientology’s evil cult policies. It’s almost three years disconnected from grandson Leo, who I have never been permitted to meet. Worse is amidst the Coronavirus pandemic, I have no idea how my daughter and grandson are. If anyone has information, I would be so grateful to know if they are ok. Meanwhile I will absorb myself in the loving memories I have and for the future reconnection I pray for, which this new video represents.

Hey Miscavige, some free advice:

Double the food rations to the SeaOrg and allow them to get plenty of sleep... and keep them from congregating for gosh sakes. The PR disaster from a Covid19 outbreak in the seaOrg would be extremely embarrassing, don't you think?

While I would love to see you humiliated (yet again) by your bone-headed moves, in this current viral outbreak I care about the lives of your members. So grow a pair, and do the right thing.

I'm really curious to know how that new bldg and "Ideal Mission" came about. Adrianna (the ED) and Miscavige are tight. I'm pretty sure this was his idea because this is the (somewhat) new game - Ideal Missions - and Belleair Mission was the "Ideal" candidate. Clearwater Mission was forced to close; putting their members (all 5 of them) into the Belleair Mission. All the Flag rejects get sent to Belleair Mission or Tampa Org and Belleair Mission is closer to home for most of these. Then there are those local public that would rather be "on lines" at the mission rather than Flag because the scheduling is easier and one doesn't get regged as much as they would at Flag.

BUT! and this is a BIG BUT! I do not believe they are doing all that well even considering the above facts. When I was there in my final days, the courseroom (albeit a small one) might have been pretty full some of the time but as Adrianna said to me "We're No 1 and we suck!"
