Really…if they don’t like you or suspect you of something, they just say you’re 1.1. That’s the blanket “insult” they try to throw to make themselves feel good. Having had decent auditor training before running in to the “execs” and staff and eventually public who used this insult, I didn’t evaluate people’s personality traits to them. Never even occurred to me. Then I start to see this “You’re so 1.1!!” shit being thrown at each other in verbal fights. It’s high on the scale of make-wrong tools by a KA drinker–just say they’re 1.1. That solves everything. I guess they missed a bit of information about how to communicate. Fighting and throwing insults and make-wrongs is always better, right?

OK, yes, someone did that to me once…LOL… Someone who was being so right and stubborn and screaming at me. I had to be loud and antagonistic/angry to get through all his commotion. In the midst of his yelling he said “You’re so 1.1!” Well there ya go. No communication skills and no understanding of the tone levels. And that was a veteran sea org member. Yeah, those guys never get a chance to do any tech training anyway…what do you expect!
