I think what they are trying to suggest with “you don’t have to think” is no more Q & A in that this supposed new meter gives you the certainty and “KNOW” in what you see. It is however written at the level for an 8-year old or someone with the IQ of a rubber plant.

Again, he “stays in PT” suggesting his TRs won’t be going out in determining what just read. This is not the type of moronic dumb-down Kindergarten-speak I was ever accustomed to in Scientology. Must be a new culture of idiots I’m not familiar with?

Betraying meters? Nope, but I will agree the Mark VIIs are not functioning optimally, and in some cases properly in comparisons I have done with other high quality GSR meters. Plus they are getting on to 20 years, worn and failing electronics.

And then all the discreditable nonsensical over-the-top ascertaining rants … we now have KSW, new civilization, we will make it … more of the usual promotional hype.

There are better meters out here no doubt about it, and YES there are differences, some of them actually quite marked.

Since when does “I don’t have to think” constitute a win in Scn?? In the old days we used to equate “not having to think” with automaticities, something to be run out. Now, it looks like the EP of GAT II.

Funny, a couple years ago I was speaking with an OT8 about changes to the technology introduced by DM. Point blank, I asked her, “What do you think about when someone gets on the stage and proudly announces they’ve changed the tech?” Her response, “I don’t even think about it.”

“I don’t have to think” represents all that is wrong with RCS.

In many ways all this hype manufactures hidden standards and sets people up for potential losses if they ever do a course or some auditing.

RCS is a Lie Factory. Virtually everything that emanates from it contains some type of alteration of the truth.

And you’re right, any true, honest-to-God, goodness that can be found will be overshadowed by the false promises of the hype.

I guess they are fools today. If you address a question to the body then you can get a read on almost anything. „does your toe hurt?“ or „did the milk taste funny?“. Simply body electronics. Like the pinch test. Has nothing to do with auditing the being. Maybe this new meter is registering the heart beat too. After 3 seconds you have your 3 swing floating needle.

The Mark VII Quantum is a superb meter. It’s features far exceed its purpose.
The non-Quantum Mark VIIs as well as the Mark VIs are also superb devices.
Heck, people solo audited up the OT Levels on Mark Vs!
Not having the “Mark VIII” is why auditors in the COS have not been getting good results????? Hogwash! That’s like a carpenter saying that the reason he can’t build anything because he doesn’t have a brand new fancy hammer. A good craftsman never blames his tools.
The auditor’s comm cycle is an integral part of metering and the most important part.
