In reply to gtsix. Beautifully put! I was wondering when the RCC would be brought up. Back in the '60's, pregnant, unmarried and Catholic, it was recommended to me to put my child up for adoption rather than marry the father who was not Catholic. I didn't go for that and left the church. I married the man I loved and this year we celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our son has been married for 16 years and we have two beautiful grandchildren. I never heard anything more from the church and neither did my family. The RCC , to my knowledge, does not "handle" ex Catholics or their families.

I totally agree with your actions. It seems to me that shortly after both Cruise/Travolta camps have been experiencing poor box office for their most recent ventures. and since they have become more vocal about their support for the CULT.. Also, Cruise’s speah about CoB , I feel, was simply expounding his own flatulance as it stank to high heaven. He may think he is what he says he is but it is more likely he wishes he was that important. Doesn’t it seem odd, both have , in the recent past, have had both proffesional and family issues, most likely steaming from their beliefs in Scientology.The “marriage of the ages” did not have much stay power.
I am looking forward to round two. Keep the great work.

My wife and I are astounded that people who say they’re bettering themselves, waste so much time attacking and ruining people who decide it’s not for them. We are raising awareness among friends in our tiny corner of California, so people don’t have to suffer on alone.

In reply to Mike Rinder. Mike - love the show. Thanks for clarifying your position. This is going to stop when people stop supporting it. The show will be a huge contributing factor that will prevent people from joining it. Hopefully, somewhere in the cobweb corners of the COS, there will be lots of defectors should they ever be exposed to these stories. I'm really curious to know if somebody can call 911 and have the police escort them off the grounds?

As for Cruise and Travolta, just stop seeing their films. Hit them at the box office, where itc will hurt.
They need little attention, and no more income from their films, past, present or future.
Let it be known that as long as they participate in the cover up, they get no more monies from any fans.

I got into Scientology back in the late 80’s in Los Angeles. I was working in the industry of celebrities of all kinds, such as famous musicians, actors, etc that were and still are Scientologist and I thought I would look into it, too. After all, if it worked so well for them, then there must be something to it. But I also came across many ex-Scientologist and I listened to everything they had to say about it. I continued with Scientology, but I was getting pressured to join the Sea Org. I moved to L.A. for a career and life change, and I was not about to leave it. Well to make a long story short, after several events and situations, I ended up leaving Scientology. But I was getting pressured by some celebrities and rock musicians to get my ass back online. Luckily, I have a high rebellious nature and very independent and that saved me, along with the fact I had to go into hiding due to an ex-Scientologist tried to kill me (a long story) and an auditor told me he would never be clear in this lifetime, but I knew that already. When you live and work in L.A., Scientologist are everywhere! I thought I was free and clear of all of it—-fast forward to 2012 and I had already moved to another state and guess what? They (Scientology) tracked me down and now they continue to mail me so much of their crap, sometimes my mailbox overflows. I just could not believe it and I have mailed back some of the mail and have written them letters to stop……guess what? They won’t stop, even after several letters telling them too. I have taken another step to threaten them with a lawyer and court if it doesn’t stop. There are many, many musicians and actors that do not say anything public about being a Scientologist, so many people would be very surprised by who is a Scientologist. There is so much more going on and Leah and Mike have just begun to take the layers of lies off, from what is really going on with Scientology. I know my fight right now is small, compared to what you guys are going thru, but I will be there with high hopes that the fight that Leah, Mike and all the others are dealing with has a positive ending.
