To add a followup here, the St. Louis ideal org project did not show up in a lineup of US ideal org campaigns in progress in a PR piece put out in March 2018 (and also seems to be missing from Scientology’s website, though there had once been a rendering of what it was supposed to look like when finished), and would appear to fit the description of one that has been completely abandoned, with the building being put up for sale:

The amount of money raised piques my interest. Beginning with 4 million, now up to 12 million and counting. Does it really cost this much to restore this particular building? Is there ever any itemization of the ideal org reno costs made public, and is it possible that the money raised for these buildings is actually going to something else?

Oh jeez, mind going in strange direction: maybe they'd take them to the sperm bank and make withdrawals.

“Well, technically, the Loo isn’t the only org…” Do you realise that by using the word “loo” that you are really saying that the Kansas City Org is a toilet? Loo is a slang term here in Australia for toilet.

In reply to McCarran. Scientology takes lying to a whole new level. Lying to oneself is the major accomplishment. The koolaiders do it with aplomb, like we all did at one time. Don't know if anyone remembers Hubbard saying in one of the PDC lectures, "You should be able to lie." I've never forgotten it.
