Farrakhan, the leader of the Nation of Islam, is reportedly working with Kanye West on a documentary on the minister’s life.

“Minister Louis Farrakhan is one of the most controversial figures of any religious organization,” HipHopDX wrote in a Kanye West editorial. “Makes sense as to why one of music’s most polarizing figures would want to create a documentary on the outspoken leader of the Nation of Islam. Kanye told The Breakfast Club the feature film will center around Farrakhan’s life as a classically trained violinist before being introduced to Elijah Muhammad. Knowing Yeezus’ eye for visual design and team at Donda could potentially deliver something pretty fascinating.”

The child that did not wave at you was rather knowing I would guess. You don’t exactly come off as Captain Kangaroo.

I never mentioned the word “crime” in my post of N.O.I.. You alter ised my post and then challenged what you twisted it to read. So, now you are arguing with yourself.

The Oracle.. you are seriously out of your mind. No law suits, no crime? Google the Bey family, leaders of SF Bay area N.O.I. and you will find many articles about their crimes. The leader was convicted of child abuse and enslavement of young girls, and his son for murder. This is a racist group, admittedly so, proudly so. Read their own website, their own speeches, the hatred they have for Jewish people, white people. Did you check the Southern Poverty Law Center link I posted? They haven’t done anything to “uplift” black people, and are considered a racist, separatist hate group for good reason. I’ve noticed your posts, Oracle, and you often seem to go off on a tangent, post multiple times, each time more frenzied and making less sense. I guess you feel you are defending the poor, maligned Black Muslims, but nothing I’ve said about them is untrue, and their actions are indefensible. Feel free to rant on, without ever looking into their history, policies, actions, goals, but don’t expect me to ever again acknowledge or reply to your deluded rhetoric.

You’ve never been around the NOI, have you? We from the South Side of Chicago know them better than anyone. They’ve always been someone’s foot soldiers, from the days of Elijah Muhammad to Calypso Louie’s private army. Yeah, being straight-edge has done a bang-up job at preventing violence on the South Side, where gun deaths happen on a daily basis.

But then again, you don’t want to believe me. I’m an OSA plant, remember?

It would help you to look at the law suits filed against the Church of Scientology, as opposed to law suits filed against the Nation of Islam, to determine which group is actually more violent.

Except, there are no law suits filed against the Nation of Islam for abuse. Because at the end of the day they are far more civilized than Sea Org members.

The stated goals for the Nation of Islam are to ” Improve the spiritual, mental, social, and economic condition of African Americans in the United States and all of humanity.”

They have improved the spiritual, mental, social and economic conditions of African Americans and lifted the entire East Coast inner city culture up from the gutter where they were dropped and held down there by the whites.

They were taught to stand up, fight back, move forward. They do not drink they do not take drugs. They are in better condition now than many white city populations.

The Nation of Islam has done more to lift African Americans up to stand than any other force in America. And it does not frighten me in the least to see a black person being competent and wielding power. We would not have Barack Obama in the White House right now if it were not for the N.O.I..

The crimes committed against the black communities in this country for centuries are despicable. The Nation of Islam has not and will not and has no goals to, treat whites as whites have treated blacks. They use their POWER to enable one another. And they do not suppress the truth about their heritage, history, or the suppression they have had to endure and rise above for generations.

If one of them does not want to wave at you from a school bus, it is because of the history of our white brothers and sisters down south, and over in Great Britain. You think they are supposed to be grateful?

The Mormon Church has over 15 million members who are taught that anyone with dark skin has been cursed by God. Maybe the Nation of Islam has a right to be offended and feel threatened?

You have a right to be out here protesting about the oppression and suppression coming from the Church of Scientology? The Nation of Islam has their own story and their own voice.

I have had many friends and have known a lot of people that are part of the Nation of Islam. They have been just as decent and caring and responsible, as the other humans I have come into contact with. They have spouses and children. They work. They are usually more ethical with higher standards than your average city slicker. Blanket declares against entire sections of a culture or community carry a lot of injustice. You won’t find a more sincere friend than a woman who is member of the Nation of Islam. Women and children are the main population of the Nation of Islam and I have not found them to be a danger to society. Or a liability to society.

You’re welcome “BlindersOff”, and thank you for your comment, it made me feel a bit better, I was feeling a bit down because I had second thoughts about posting my story, but had already pressed “submit comment” so at that point had no choice…

I was concerned that anyone might think I was prejudiced, racist, or a bigot, all of which I am most certainly not, as is evident by my personal life (of which I’ve already shared too much, so I’ll spare anyone from reading more of it, lol)

I also didn’t want anyone to think I was faulting the children in any way – it isn’t their fault they had to attend a rigid program run by adults who instilled fear and racial hatred in them.

Children are innocent and loving by nature, until/unless adults force their biases upon them and indoctrinate them to hate people due to their skin color, or religion, or for any other feature or reason. I’ve always felt really sad that the children had no choice and were not allowed to be loving and accepting towards others. I think it’s unfair that some children have to grow up in cults like the FLDS or N.O.I. or Scientology, or similar group, because they are taught to circumvent how they naturally feel, and have someone else’s thought processes and version of reality forced upon them.
