Several days have passed since Free MInds, Free Hearts asked Aldeboni for clarification, with nothing but the chirping of crickets to be heard. Perhaps ol’ Aldeboner was busy with other more important matters, or more likely once he had exhausted his store of Hubb’s trick verbiage he couldn’t even understand what the heck he wrote in the first place. Certainly no one else understood his rambling perambulations.

There was another troll here, banished for cause some years ago for expressing the righteousness of Hubbard forcing passionate kisses on minor children. He was also certain he had found the secret to Hubbard’s meaning: it wasn’t the Missed Withholds, it’s the Overt-Withhold Confabulation, or something like that.

I didn’t understand it then, just as I don’t understand it now.

It’s all a farce. In Sea Org, I’ve been a member in various committees of evidence (and in a few I was in the other side of the table).
Things are A-L-W-A-Y-S decided beforehand. The person can’t be saved. The only hope is that the Int Justice Chief (as the final authority) doesn’t outright reject it or that too much time passes and the deadlines for holding and approving it expire. I don’t remember how many months.
In Valerie’s case, I don’t know how long it’s been going on, but I think the deadlines have expired. But scn’s inquisition couldn’t care less since they have to teach the girl a lesson.

When it comes to criminal matters there is also a crime or crimes against the state and the rule of law. Hopefully the courts are beginning to see this loophole which certain organizations have been taking advantage of and close it. As things stand now it appears that organizations might be able to get away with murder! (or rape?)
Hopefully, the judge will be able to get a look at and read the “findings” of Valerie’s comm ev and the comm ev process and evaluate both in the light of equity and justice.
Well done, Valerie, in standing up to the abuse that you have been subject to.
