A: Primarily because “clear” is a fraudulent “state”, never having been attained by anyone.
I say this having attested as “clear” #5875 at FLAG back in ’78 or so. CRASHED hard into reality just afterwards, as did many “clear” attesters.

In scn one of the key principles is the “be-do-have” scale, which underlies various processes. .
However, you have to “do” to ‘be” yourself and become free, but for this, you must first “have” the money.
As for scn itself, all events are only to “have” something from you. Despite what they say, they keep working on the inverted scale.

And if there are let’s say 5000 Sea Org members, none of whom are allowed to have babies and stay in the Sea Org, that’s at least 5000 new Scientologists not being made. Of course most people have more than one child so let’s say conservatively that’s 8000 new Scientologists not being made, with possibly 2000 of the oldsters kicking the bucket, which makes 10,000 Scientologists lost. Are 10,000 new Scientologists (Div 6) going to be signed up to cover this loss? Not likely. The oldersters will drop their bods, their grandchildren will be regged for Sea Org and Class V staff…loss of public, loss of public…The cult’s demise is baked in.

I will make two points, then go back to practicing grinding my teeth and flexing my jaw in the mirror, gotta exercise my acting chops, you know.

Number one: the old scn’ists will die off and go to target two, then the recruiting pool will only be from the children of scn’ists allowed to have babies. This is a smaller and smaller number each year.

Number two: do you think Ell R. Ache considered “regression to the mean” when he invented business statistics? I’m not thinking he did.
