Also no Board Technical Bulletin may cancel an HCOB. So from here on you are relatively safe.

There follows here a long list of incorrect procedures or data found to have been issued.
Also a brief rundown of the correct procedure will be found, which is the correct and standard tech.
What makes tech correct? When it doesn’t get results it is incorrect. When it gets the expected result it is correct.

I am of the opinion that TC IS being told by David Miscavige when and how he can stay in touch with Suri and Katie, who are not declared overtly with goldenrod, but who are still considered SPs.

I believe that his divorce settlement documents include detailed stipulations about his visits to Suri not only on Katie’s side but on HIS as well. I believe that one of these is that even if arranges with Katie to visit with Suri, if for any reason OSA (read DM) doesn’t like it because the timing of the visit could possibly inflict bad PR on the RCS, then TC can cancel and Katie has to accept that..

Again, this is just my opinion because I certainly have no direct knowledge, but I don’t believe that TC is free to just up and see Suri when he feels like it and Katie agrees and despite the plan conforming to their written arrangement I think he needs OSA clearance first. I think DM needs to sign off on any and all of his visits, on a case by case basis.

I think last year TC wanted to see her but OSA wouldn’t let him. I think TC is now a thoroughly controlled being, for which unhappy condition he is 100 responsible My 2 cents.

Actually, there really wasn’t much that TC could truthfully say. He really is between a rock and a hard place. He can’t admit that DM didn’t want him to see Suri publicly at a time too close to the IAS Event. He can’t say that although Suri is not a declared SP that still he has to get clearance from OSA and DM in order to visit his own daughter. He can’t say that he’s been ordered to sue because of the wording (“Abandoned”) in the headline, which makes also the RCS looks bad. There is just so much that he cannot say because this lawsuit is about the RCS looking bad, essentially. With this lawsuit TC is walking a tightrope for the RCS’s sake and there’s almost nothing he can say which doesn’t make the church look bad, and himself like an arrogant religious fanatic.
