@Mick…..Just think for a few moments the mad crazy logic behind it all….just WHO in any format of the USA Government is going to SIT THERE and read through all these files. Dead files, live files, files somewhere in between “death and life”….it would take a century to put it all together.

They’d have to figure out if there are additional files on the same people in other locations of COS that contain more information because these people have moved around or HAVE been moved around by COS as punishment.

In essence, thee files could have given birth to MORE files…..what a migraine I’m getting thinking about the never ending paper trail.
