Ah, yes, Milestone 2 originally aspired to be “an active community that anyone can be a part of”:

Now they’re just a handful of far-flung, grizzled old timers still selling their services. So much fail and unworkability.

Also, the grandiosely-named Advanced Organization of the Great Plains that has also been active in promoting itself recently, and is apparently in an indie feud with Milestone 2 and thus not affiliated with them – I remember something about AOGP’s ED being declared suppressive by another indie – is actually located in Kansas City.

I thought Milestone 2 was yet another derelict indie site. Though I see now that after it nearly died out in 2017-18, someone is back to maintaining it on at least a monthly basis.

Their “Associates” can’t actually be found off their main page – oops! – almost as if they’re trying to hide the embarrassing truth of their size from all but the cognoscenti, though I knew I’d seen a listing before, and went hunting through the site for it. So they’re composed of 9 auditors in the US and Canada, and 2 more in the whole rest of the world. That’s the equivalent of about one mission – not even a “church” org – in the heyday of Scientology. Most of of the ones I could readily find pictures of look to be from the generation of old-timers that is quickly dying out, while one appears positively ancient, and Lana seems to be the spring chicken of the bunch at about 50.

It may be the relatively largest and most active of the indie sites, but it doesn’t exactly make it look like people are falling all over themselves to get auditing and training….

There are a few places that advertise. None do any amount of business worth noting. Millstone 2 shutdown their main web site and only exist as a free wordpress blog now. There is a place in Georgia that advertises the full list of Hubtard services. They have no amount of customers to talk about.

Tx. Have to admit that for quite some time I thought they went out of business because of lack of people wanting services.

Having met and interacted with thousands of members of Scn I have yet to see one who has had case gain. One for one they are disconnected from humanity and operate as dispassionate robots to a greater or lesser degree. Hubbard’s goal was to “restore self-determinism to the PC”. I’ve yet to see that.

FP, if “people will fall over themselves to get auditing and training” then how do you explain the failure of independent Scientology? How IS that actually working out for you, theory and snark aside?

7 decades of history show that it’s possible for indie orgs to sputter along by picking up a few true believer castoffs from the CofS – but never more than that. I’m sure you have some old diehards who believe they’re making “case gain,” but that’s not actually impressive enough to really attract new “raw meat” and grow, or even fool anyone like Hubbard could when he was in the prime of selling “blue sky” and orgs were full of gullible “seekers,” is it?

Komodo, Clint is good company. According to the liberal site The Hill; a record 62 percent of American’s approve of his approach to employment and 59 percent approve of his handling of the economy while 51 percent said the economy is heading in the right direction and Seventy-one percent of voters said the economy is very strong or somewhat strong.

To the best of your knowledge, is there someone you would advise people to go see and buy Scientology services from? Who would that be? Where can we (I) reach them?
