Yeah I remember going to a briefing at ASI and there was Cap’n Morgan as Mike calls him telling us about the Tech Preservation Project and me expecting him to say:

“Eye me hardy.”

Then break into a chorus of some bawdy Pub ditty of some kind.

Or:

“Two can keep a secret if one of ’em is dead.

“Ya buncha filthy land lubbers.

“Eye.”

Something like Tourette’s syndrome.

Gotta admit I liked Cap’n Bill better.

Can’t decide which one was more a nut case.

The guy who believed that we’d been infiltrated by aliens or the guy that believed throwing someone in a putrid cesspool on the Int Base was a way of enforcing ethics.

Could never figure out why Ron made him the Executor of his Estate.

He definitely was a broken straw in my opinion.

But at least not bent, folded and mutilated like Davey (should be in a locker).

Thank you Poet – that was exactly my feeling and has been for a very long time. Never good enough. Even when you hand over your kids, husbands and wives, and all your money over to them on a silver platter.

Allow me to say that I did have some regret over that post. I have told myself that I would stick to the actions/behaviors of the RCS and leave people’s names out of it. I broke my rule yesterday. I did some thinking about it and realized that for me, I still have a lot of anger over my time in and am still on the road to evolving out. I have more work to do.
