Aquamarine – I don’t recall one HCOB which states that either. No, I think it was a “Directive” from somewhere, but as you say I and all my peers did our hard TRs on hard chairs, not because of plan but because that was all the Org could afford. One would think now with “Ideal Orgs” that they would give auditors and students more comfortable “ideal” chairs. Or is part of the pass test now that one has to sit on ground glass or barbed wire – that is the same level of stupidity (or evil actually)? But I would have loved a more comfortable chair to have done so nevertheless. Most auditors I know arrange their chairs with a cushion or the chair itself is comfortable etc. – they would be fools not to. What I thought was insane was someone taking the time and trouble to try and enforce this nonsense – no one is going to audit in an armchair that we know but some fool stating that auditors should learn TRs on hard chairs is just well, actually I can’t really describe it! Ha!

Espiritu – Thanks – it’s nice to hear a voice of sanity and hope. Culturally, the progress of Scn as a religion has some parallels to the progress of Christianity. We’re just stuck in the counter-surge of the reactive mind, or slow understanding, or something like that, I guess. I think Scientology will come to be accepted for exactly what LRH said it is. It’s just going to take some time.
