At the rate the current organization is going I venture to guess the rate of return is completely unviable by Hubbard’s standards or any other business standards. And for every 1000 letters that go out, what is the rate of return? Any fool(you excluded) knows that a 10% return is very good. I’d say at this point in time Scientology’s return from its outflow is .01%.

As to the article itself, Terra hasn’t got a clue as to the function and worth of Central Files, and if, as it says that Mike’s cobber Dave has ordered them brought into PT then bravo! Terra misses the point that the dude from Norway who never takes a service is not the point, it is the ones who do reply and do take services that is the point. What Terra is implying and it seems you fools agree in your lust to find anything to complain about, is that the success of Central Files should be 100%. Ah! Well!
