So after some digging the only reference I can find on this is above. Seems it was during a trial in 2013 with attorney Ray Jeffrey, Tony was there in court too blogging. Mabye something or mabye nothing but my mind insisted I tell someone lol

I hope someone can refresh my memory, i read a while back somewhere manye on tonys blog, was it during the court case of gabe cazarez possibly where there was the whole back and forth of between COS where there was so much spectacle about the fact of if DM was or was not captain of the sea org? I obviously noticed that the covid bulletin tony got copy of was signed as firstly by captain DM. I remember the COS argued firecly that he was not a captain of the sea org and never had referred to himself as such. They threw a strop every time the word captain was used with regards to him. They were so adamant that he didn’t have this title and there was speculation that this would be because DM wouldn’t want to be tagged as the leader of the sea org for several reasons such as being able to charge him on certain counts. I’m sorry it was a while ago I read this and I can’t for the life of me drag up the important details but I just would hope that this notice is flagged up with regards to this. The fact he refers to himself as captain just 2 years ago could be a huge deal? Mabye nothing? Ahhhhhhh damn my foggy memory

That’s the only way staff Scn-ists are able to think – from Thursday 2 Pm to Thursday 2 PM. Just get the stats up this week. Next week? Not even a thought, until next week. That’s why they’re always ending up with unusual solutions, like Chase waves. Only one significant staff member ever thought long term (Jeff Hawkins), and they purged him right the hell out of Scientology.

I grin every time Leah gets fired up and drops a series of F bombs – reminds me of my days in NY and NJ.

I can understand politicians and law enforcement ignoring Scn’s crimes (financial and otherwise) but it’s hard to believe that a credit card company hasn’t gone after them for fraud. A friend got behind on his credit account in the late 90’s and they went full sleaze. After 2 years and many payments his $2500 debt ballooned to almost $8000. You’d think all of those Scn charge backs would result in a lawsuit if not criminal charges.
