Known by whom? It's still known as PE to me and most people I know. The area the org is in has been in a state of decay for 20 years with the very occasional addition of more shoddy brick paving to be dismantled, is becoming filthier every day and "safe" is the last word I'd use to describe it. Fast food delivery guy was just robbed outside my building, which is near the org, and such things are a daily occurrence round here. I don't think I've ever seen anyone entering or leaving the org and the blinds are all down. All of the poverty and crime we have here and millions go on a useless building. Scientology really go hard on the positive, betterment of the community angle when in reality all they are doing is sucking money out of the community.

"Diana reports there is a “Russian-language auditor” and a “soup” at Pt Elizabeth org — why they need Russian speakers there is anyone’s guess?"

Class V orgs, WISE and L.Ron Hubbard Library (seems it relate to all Scn materials) been banned in Russia by government 2 years ago yet. So many are going abroad for services, and Africa orgs probably have cheaper prices.

It's a fancy trap, Dear. Are your personal accomodations and meals fancy? Do you have enough sleep? Do you have a retirement fund or any hopes of retirement?

Chicago was reportedly being readied for an opening 3 years ago, but was then put back in a holding pattern. There are pictures of the renovated building with lights on and the covers taken off the signs in late summer 2020, but then it was shuttered and the signs covered up again. So it's much more badly delayed, than just having been one of the four orgs that DM said at new year's would be opened in the first quarter - none have - that's still stalled this year.

The Austin building's renovation and third floor addition also appears to have been completed in 2020, so it may have been sitting finished but empty just as long. The org apparently can't make enough money to pay the rent on its temporary location, and members are getting fed up with being asked for donations to cover that when they own an ideal org read to move in to.

Speculation is that everything is being held up by the new management training at Flag that executives from all the orgs were sent to. Typically for the CofS, there have been delays in that including personnel problems (such as aging staff having health issues) and new requirements being added, and nothing can happen until everyone meets some standard that it supposed to be the solution for the orgs' chronic problems.

Wow, Ms. Diana Sagiyeva is easily impressed! I guess it's all relative though. This tells me she hasn't been around very long. When I got entangled in the cult in the mid 70's, the mid-sized mission where I got "serviced" had way more than 3 soups and 5 Cl IV auditors. We had stunning sunsets (didn't witness them much because our noses were in the dictionary and demo kits instead of reality) but no Indian Ocean or real sand dunes. There was inexpensive food available. There had to be because no one on staff would be able to eat otherwise. In fact, everyone on staff either moonlighted or had a partner supporting them or they wouldn't have been able to eat. Not much has changed these days except for the continued shrinkage. And that's a good thing.

I really miss the old days here on this blog where Mike would post the minutes of the Valley 'OT Committee' meetings. It was always the same old shit but strangely entertaining to see these high level culties still swilling the Kool-Aid and wasting their time on the hamster wheel called the 'bridge to total freedom'. It was a reliable signpost letting us know the grift was still slowly grinding to a halt.
