HIs whole world is crumbling and he doesn’t know which way to turn. His heart is filled with hate and anger. He has no idea that God is Love. I hope he can come into the light.

If they had sites like this or even if Internet was widespread when I was “in” and we had an opportunity to see anything similar to this blog or Marty’s, I would have been gone like a cool breeze!
That’s because even if one is uncertain due to widespread lies within the “church” all one would need to do is compare what is being said here to what they can freely observe with their own eyes.
There were no websites like this when I left and I never heard anyone question the antics of COB back in the day, but after a while there were plenty of other red flags that soon became too much.
One of the first red flags I noticed: Too many declares to make sense.

How does an addict go into his own parents’ house and take everything of value and sell it to feed his habit? How does he lie time after time, with tears running down his face, swearing he has taken his last fix and only needs the money for rent? To many still in the RCS, getting the Tech (in whatever form) is an addiction. This need to remain, to disbelieve all else, to refuse to accept words from trusted friends and family, to me all speaks to the insane and unstoppable urge to for that next “hit.” There is no reason involved, which is why we can’t understand why they don’t ‘get it.’ How many have spent $50,000 chasing bad, only to spend $100,000 more to feel worse — and then do it all over again? There is no amount of explanation to explain this – it’s the unreasoning urge to survive in a way that’s been lost but not accepted.

This person writing the letter to Mike, probably had tears in his eyes and shaking hands as he typed one line of entheta after another, knowing full well it wasn’t true. But he still had to do it.
