To me the whole church is odd, and I am not a Scientologist so do not understand the structure etc, all I can go on is what I am told. Both have said they are Sea Org members but have some reasonably free time off on weekends even when in Hollywood which I couldn’t quite understand when I read other stories of sea org members.

I haven’t been declare an SP but have been wondering if that will come as some of my family have been somewhat vocal of our views. That is partly why I haven’t included their names here to help protect my sibling.

We can look after them to a certain degree, but it has been challenging times last year when we wondered if they were trying to take advantage of our mother and get her to sign over all her money. They have told us they will still be doing work for them whilst they are out of their CoS accommodation and having to relocate 100’s of kilometres away and outside of the church. They (my sibling and spouse) are so brainwashed they say they will never leave the church, and the church will do no wrong. They believe what they have been told and don’t see how poorly they are treated. So unfortunately we tend to question what is really going on. They have been in Scientology for over 30 years on staff and one is an OT9 and high up with auditing/ checking auditors. My sibling’s name I have seen on this blog site once or twice before. They have definitely been working at the Chatswood building.

That sounds odd. Is your sibling SO or Class V org staff, or even public? If they are SO, they would be housed at the Dundas facility. If public, they make their own way. So therefore I’m guessing he/she is Class V org staff, in the Sydney org in Castlereagh St. I haven’t heard of Class V orgs housing staff before. In my day, I had to house myself.

Chatswood is the AO (upper-level delivery org) and CLO (management org), in the one complex. I’m suspecting that you’ve not been a Scientologist, otherwise you might have known this. If so, congratulations! But it’s not so lucky for your sibling. If you’ve not been declared a Suppressive Person, could you look after them or support them in some way?

My mother is at Flag. She’s aged, and had some medical conditions. Because an aged staff member died on the premises, they immediately shipped all oldies to an aged-care facility. They’re callous bastards. I can’t look after her because I was declared suppressive, and she’s obeying the policy not to talk to me.

One is my sibling. They lived in one location that CoS rented for them in Glebe (Sydney) with other Scientologist. Own bedrooms, shared kitchen and bathroom. I was told 10 older Scientologist have been impacted but don’t know if any other members lived there. I don’t think so but can’t confirm at this stage.

They are transferred by bus each day and worked at the Chatswood location which I understand to be the Australian headquarters. It sounds like their Australian living arrangements were similar to when they were based in Hollywood Los Angeles for many years.

How did you find that out? SO members wouldn’t live or work together. That’s a bit confusing.

In Sydney Australia, they are kicking 10 older staff members out of their accommodation onto the streets to fend for themselves as I type this. At least two are sea .org member unsure of the others. It appears the church, whoops I mean cult does not want any bad publicity should something happen and they contract COVID-19 due to them being in a higher risk group. Makes a mockery of their teachings!

Thank you, George. In my state, no one is being tested unless they have definite symptoms. I have no symptoms at all and feel great. Our governor is doing his best to acquire enough tests for our states so that every resident here has a free test asap. This is so sensible. But he and as I understand a number of other governors of other blue states have been told by L’Orange that “the Federal Government is not a shipping clerk.” So our Gov is doing the best he can to keep his people safe and healthy. I trust him and I trust Dr. Anthony Fauci who neither prophesizes gloom and doom nor blows smoke based on his own wishful thinking. Fauci tells it like it is. Public health is his only game.
