Because that would be admitting that the tech itself is flawed – i.e. how could an SP be in charge of people that knew all about SP’s? But the tech is not only flawed, Ron Hubbard himself has integrated mind control straight into the core of Scientology practice.

Overt -> Withhold -> Motivator/Justification Sequence is not real. It is a mind control “implant.”

People normally do not justify their real overt acts, they feel guilty about them and can spend years, if not lifetimes trying to reconcile them within their soul. “Justification” usually happens when someone was made wrong where wrong was not intended. The concept of “justification” in Scientology is also used as a mind control technique to overwrite individual’s evaluations and enforce some external considerations of what “over acts” are. For example, normally someone would not think of doing research on the Internet and looking at information as an “overt act,” but having been indoctrinated at Scientology Church, the idea of it being an overt act is enforced and any individual’s evaluations to the contrary are overwritten with the concept of “justification” even by the individual oneself.

Also, people may naturally punish themselves for things they feel guilty about, they do not “pull in” motivators to justify “the overt.” The concept of a “motivator” is used to invalidate the reality of committing crimes against the indoctrinated. It is the ultimate tool for practically any abusive personality – to blame the victim for having caused or in some way deserved their own abuse. In Scientology this has been significantly perfected and sold to the public by Ron Hubbard himself as some “spiritual betterment technology” including selling outright KGB style interrogations and collection of black mail materials as if it was for “spiritual betterment.” (i.e. Sec Checks).

Wake up Indies! There is indeed a lot of good and valuable in Ron’s work, but Scientology will NEVER work unless Scientologists begin to realize that HUBBARD himself operated on some ulterior motives with respect to his followers, and begin to QUESTION some of the basic assumptions in his work.

Mike, Thank you for putting these facts about Ron’s family life together for us. Some of it I knew, most of it not. What about Aurther and Suzette who left the SO? Have either spoken out in interviews? What do they say about the church or Ron now? And is Diana in the Hole?

The Sea Org most certainly DID cut across people’s second dynamic, when he was Commodore, not just after.

And his own family is not something to look to as a model of familial life. Put aside His eldest children, Nibs and Katie, both disowned.

His wife disowned in the end.

Thank you for fililng me in, Pepper. Was Jeremy related to Mark Perkins or Betsy Perkins, Mark’s wife? I remember her telling me some years back that they had to petition to do the Bridge because of his brother being an SP. Do you know if that brother is the Jeremy in the news about killing his mom?

The Perkins tragedy refers to the Jeremy Perkins murder of his mother, Ellie Perkins in Amherst NY (suburb of Buffalo) on March 13, 2003. Ellie Perkins was a class VI auditior and OTVII. She was an auditor at the Buffalo org. You can easily read about this online.

Jeremy has since been committed to the Rochester Psychiatric Center, Rochester Regional Forensic Unit in Rochester, NY. He was found guilty of the murder by mental defect (psychosis, chronic and dangerous).

YOu said it, Indie, they think they have to give up their health, well being, 1st dynamic as well as having kids at all, and give up their 2nd D when they allow DM to split them up and send them to different orgs or missions, etc. Ron had a family and spent time with them and he ate well and exercised. So where did the SO get the idea they had to do opposite of that to show how “command intention” they are?

cancer is caused by the genetic organization of a tissue being tweaked by environmental and hereditary factors. think of it as micro evolution gone awry. research has not shown that giving up on life causes cancer, sadly suicide is the major cause of death in those who are depressed. and yes some people are hypochondriacs, there are some that use illness as a tool for its own ends, but as most hypochondriacs are embarrassed to admit, no matter how much they go to hospital and take diagnostics its hardly ever cancer, just a waste of time and insurance money. but i have to agree that a positive outlook does allow for faster healing, better outcome. i would like to suggest that you visit a good science site like sciencedaily.com. they have in their annals all research done in cancer since the beginning of their website. and its not hard to read either, like science journals can tend to be.
