If you look at the vast majority of promotional pieces about Scn in South Africa, you would be hard-pressed to know it was in Africa for the dearth of anyone LRH and his minions view as ‘less able’.

In South Africa TVET stands for Technical Vocational Education and Training. It is education and training which provides knowledge and skills for employment. TVET uses formal, non-formal, and informal learning.

TVET loans are only supposed to be used for approved colleges and training programs, but oversight may not be as tight as it should be.

Or the whole thing is a lie.
