I have trouble imaging how JW could be so high when they’re half the size of the Mormons, and have a rather anti-education Luddite attitude to boot, that I would expect would equate to less internet usage, if anything. My guess is that the Jehovah’s Witnesses, being fairly far high up on the control/cult scale like Scientology, may well be paying for clicks, or else something strange is going on – when I checked, Alexa shows that nearly 30% of their website visitors are from Angola.

Since Leah Remini’s show started, many people is looking for information on Scientology. I did it myself. I searched “scientology” in so many ways that surely their traffic has increased. 😀 It is normal to have more internet traffic when there is a show about the subject that won an Emmy. It is funny that Scientology would use these numbers to assess “increase interest” without further research. :))
