Yes it was Nichole. And I can see her falsifying Amex charges. She did that with us. She kept a list of all our credit cards (which we didn’t give her permission to do that), and then she opened a bunch of new credit cards in our name (which we didn’t give permission to do), and so when we came to re-sign, she has 12 credit cards in our names that she was charging up like there was no tomorrow. We protested. She smiled, made her dimples show, and batted her eyelashes and said it would all be OK and “trust me.” She should have just said bend over and grab your ankles.

In some cases trying to enforce policy (signed debits) made one the bad guy. I didn’t care about that as I had policy behind me.

AOLA accounts were and probably still are a tangled mess left unsorted since postulate checks in the 60s!

Only reg I knew that blew was Nicole. She falsified AMEX authorizations in the late 80s causing huge problems. All of us on finance lines were told AMEX was a suppressive company 😂

They will assert you need to follow that Routing Form. You can tell them you cannot travel so will be unable to do those steps.

I have been reading and have a copy of the Claims Verification Board Routing Form… Is that something that will have to go through probably? Something particularly don’t want to jump through the hopes with and my health doesn’t allow me to travel to go meet any of these people. Sort of needing the money I paid in years ago to go towards medical expenses now. Thanks for your info by the way.

M y registrar at AOLA called to ask for my large amount of money on account for future services to be used to buy books. Cuz she wanted a book commission. I said NO in no uncertain terms and told her I would not un-mock my OT Levels and that that is what that money was for, and she was not to touch it. She got it. But then she hung up and did the transaction anyway. I didn’t even know it had been done until later when I was starting auditing for OT Preps. I reported it and asked for the money to be returned to my account. AOLA wouldn’t do it. By that time the registrar who did this had blown staff. I said well can you prosecute her to get my money back? The staff member in Boredom tone level said no, she paid her freeloader debt so we can’t do anything. Tough luck. No one cared that money was taken off my account against my wishes. No one gave a crap. That was stealing, plain and simple by that registrar.

Yes be polite and direct. I suggest you quote the Hubbard policy on repayments. I’ve cite it here plenty of times

Any suggestions on things to say specifically or things to avoid saying? Just state you want a repayment of all funds on account? I should have $1000s in accounts I am trying to recover.

Trying to start the process of requesting repayments now. Do I need to write to each office/church (or AOLA, ANZO, FLAG, ECT.) or is there one central office for this now?
