As federal agency the IRS is subject to The Iron Law Of Bureaucracy. What is The Iron Law Of Bureaucracy? If an action isn’t necessary to collect a paycheck it won’t be performed. I had a dermoid cyst that to be removed and the receptionist at the troop medical clinic had said I had already missed two appointments to have it removed.
