Fair game is not a basic principle ka. It’s just a policy. The purpose of real Scn IMO is to free beings from spiritual barriers. If a policy does not align with that, it should be ignored. There’s an auditing datum that “the solution to the problem is the problem itself”. Fair game is an excellent example of this. Senior are the concepts that beings are basically good and that our integrity is at the core of our strength. I’ve been in Scn 40 years and I have never fair gamed anyone or promoted it in any way. I never considered it ethical. But I have freed lots of beings.
