Aren’t SP declares actually quite common – speaking of delusion – and often ordered for trivial reasons, such as someone refusing to stop having even minimal social contact with a family member or good friend who has been declared? For a group that’s never been able to demonstrate that it has more than about 20,000 members – a figure fitting with the relatively small size of even its largest international gatherings, and the accounts former insiders with access to organizational information – that’s also a very high rate overall, and if it has increased at the same pace as it did between 1950 and 1992, the list would be over 4,000 nowadays.
