As many of us know, these booklets feature ominous upsetting visuals and information concerning the ravages of illicit drug use.

If you are out strolling your toddler who is holding a balloon and you are both enjoying an ice cream, having one of these booklets slapped into your hand is about as welcome as… a dead cat at a wedding.
