I don’t think it sucks that badly to be Miscavige. He never believed in Scientology anyway. He’s probably enjoying his wealth, although he probably fears jail time. It sucks much more to actually believe in Scientology, to be fooled by the cruel cult.

In reply to AnEx. There is a mechanism for doing this however in a short time frame it seems tough to be able to do. The suits in the US have to get their judge to sign off on a request to the British court which then has to approve the request and then a special type of process server has to serve him. Serving him would require going on private property to do as he will likely not be on public roads... This has been discussed on at least Growing Up in Scientology's channel with a lawyer. I think it has been discussed on a couple others.

I hope those protesters have copies of the papers being attempted to be served on Misckiewics – so they can relay them to their media contacts. They could as well give them to the security people they are likely to encounter – doesn’t hurt when the cult’s staff start talking about Mieskiewics’ hiding from the process servers.
