RB, Aftermath will stop broadcasting entheta when scientology (DM) stops his entheta acts, which is likely when pigs fly[ by flapping their ears.]

AND when brave witnesses cease to come forward to testify.

    I love it!
“Oh, shit! I hate it when they try to use the Tech to argue with me!”
The reason for that, Kelly, is that you probably don’t know enough of it yourself. I mean, really, when do you get time to go on course or get auditing?
If you’re like me when I was on staff, the answer is ‘never’!

    Sung to the tune
    Let it Snow

    Stats are Low

Oh my stats are really down
    its frightful
But the beans and rice today
    Are delightful
And now you got no place to go
And you got no dough to flow to the show

The registrar shows no sign of stopping
And we ain’t got no money for shopping
The cal mag sure goes down slow
And you got no dough – to flow – your stats are low

When you finally write the chit tonight
How you’ll hate going into the Org
Squealing on your 2-D is so right
Cuz your thetan may end up in the Morgue

And the 14 hour event is finally dying
But my dear you’re still denying
That your BT’s and Clusters got to go
    On with the show
    Get out your dough
    Start to flow

If I had been more perceptive earlier, I would have realized that Hubbard’s aversion to open-mindedness was a big warning signal to walk away from the entire subject. Thankfully for me, as well as others, the brainwashing was not a permanent condition.

TBINPA: You’re in PA? Small world, isn’t it?

Of COURSE the puny punching pontiff gets daily updates, and of course he punishes any who give him bad news! That’ how HE rolls.. S3, E2 & E3 of Aftermath surely wound him up, probably to the point of breaking anything within reach; like the crayon he was using to take notes. Hopefully, the bearer of those tidings was a woman, which he seems not to physically abuse.[I don’t know for sure; only Shelly and Lu can confirm that supposition (OR NOT; I suspect sharing a bed with a guy so obviously compensating for his shortcomings is itself a form of abuse. I’m a guy, so I have no direct knowledge of what it’s like to be with a pipsqueak like him.)

And, thinking of Shelly, I believe she hasn’t escaped from her “punishment” at least partly because she’s relieved, far less stressed, than when she was Davie’s ‘right hand girl’ and had to deal with his HE&R all the time. OMG, I can’t really imagine how bad an employer he must be to work for, and I’ve had a couple of doozies.

Jere, as regards Shelly and her isolation, I’m tracking with you. After the initial shock, grief and shame of being separated from the group and banished by her husband I can’t help but think that her predominant present time emotion is relief that she no longer has to contend with his bullshit mixed with gratitude that someone else is wearing this “hat”.

Valerie: ( OT: Like your avi; Is that a Dog playing in the water?)
When scientology[Dwarfenführer] ceases its criminal behavior, “Aftermath” will have nothing more to say, except possibly “Thank-you” to the witnesses who volunteered to put their heads into the tiger’s mouth (Toothless though it is at this point) and “thanks” to those who implemented the roll-back of the criminality. We tend to censor those who carry out DM’s evil purposes; we should also commend them for ceasing to obey his illegal, immoral and unethical orders.
To that end, I’d like to exhort all who can to contribute to the “Aftermath Foundation” as best they can. If I could, I’d be docked in the Clearwater marina, wandering around town with a pocket full of Aftermath Foundation business cards and a willingness to discuss how things REALLY are in the real world, as compared to the lies they’ve been told.
Whatever we do, it’s got to be hitting them time and time again with the truth, no BS, As even with good liars, lies aren’t as effective, and if you’re like me, a horrible liar, we’d fail spectacularly, albeit perhaps humorously; Me trying to lie is SO pathetic!

CNC, EVERYTHING Tubby responded to in aggravation or anger was over-done, over-killed, over-the-top retribution for even the slightest perceived possible transgressions. He didn’t first check to ensure the ‘transgressor’ really did the deed; No, he just swatted the fly with a hammer, even when the fly was on his own head (OUCH).

scientology will never be able to keep up with the volume of sources now putting out the TRUTH about that evil empire. Their policies are more suited to the WW II style of war: two large armies facing off against each other on a single field of battle with minor little skirmishes around the perimeter, easily dealt with by independent commands of small, mobile forces. Anonymous– many unidentified and unidentifiable operatives lobbing individual small attacks at random — intervals couldn’t be countered from scn’s single central war-room, which can never be nimble enough to deal with more than one threat at a time, and usually, the response is inappropriately strong for the perceived ‘attack’, for instance, trying to “destroy utterly” everyone who says anything except the party line about scientology. If nothing else, such attempts are a waste of energy; using a tank’s main cannon to destroy individual soldiers.[Other weapons are more flexible, more suited to the task, but DM is unimaginative, inflexible, can only do what he’s done before, only MORE so….] Yes, his many minions can be tasked to generate a plethora of laughably unconvincing POW-style videos and the one-size-fits-all ad hominem attack sites which are only ‘effective’ (if that’s the right word) for those already convinced that there’s NOTHING wrong in scientology, that, by definition, there CAN BE nothing wrong about ANYthing connected to scientology, and that all attacks come only from crass criminals, even IF their crimes have not yet been discovered. If a modern “Mother Teresa” were to even *question* anything about or anyone deemed important IN scientology, it would soon be ‘discovered’ that she’s been accused of stealing supplies she was supposed to be handing out, or some such impropriety. Of course, the brief mention in their “fake news” statement would be the only accusation that could be found It would be attributed to some anonymous “source” if they were pressed for proof/confirmation/ corroboration, any EVIDENCE. Always generalities, no specifics, no date/time or location;anything which can be verified or disproven. They give nothing that can be discussed rationally, only appeals to emotion (HE&R, don’cha know.) AND, contrary to Tubby’s prohibition against doing so, they LIE at every opportunity, even when the unvarnished truth would better serve their interests.

WE don’t need to rehash scn’s evil policies and actions amongst ourselves but help get those aberrations and illegalities known to the RIGHT people who can do something about it. Already, the RPF (my personal peeve) has reportedly been disbanded and I think I saw that one or two other suppressive policies have been largely repealed, held in abeyance or eliminated. I haven’t the energy to be more specific as I haven’t bothered to note any of our “wins” except mentally. Perhaps I’ll start taking notes on those things, maybe. I’m tempted to NOT do so as I’ll still be ‘in’ scn to the degree that I pay attention to what’s happening in and around it. Life’s too short; I’m retired and too tired to waste any more energy on the ‘puny pipsqueak punching pontiff’ When I met him in about ’76, he was an indifferent student,(at best) AFAICT. Nothing I’ve read about him since has improved my estimation of him.

Davie-Boy’s worse than Tubby ever could be, since he has no real-world experience, has never held an actual job, is a self-uneducated man and has only a sketchy familiarity with the ‘tech’ and administrative policies of the (dis)organization which calls itself scientology. He knows just enough to further his ends, and since he ascended to the self-made throne, has re-written anything which could get in his way. By making everyone report to him and him alone, there is no delegation, no possibility of leveraging other people’s strengths. By assuming the mantle of “pope”, a made-up post, anything he wants becomes policy, anything or anyone who he disfavors is destroyed; BUT he can only have his minions work on what he focuses his attention on, which seems to alternately be everything and nothing.
which is alternately everything and nothing.

      I don’t get it.

Where are the Celebs when Scientology really needs them?

The cult has its own TV station with total content control.

Get Cruise, Alley, Travolta, the Elfmans, Moss, Prepon, et al and showcase them, singly and/or together singing the praises of Scientology, the tech, L Ron Hubbard and David Miscavige on SuMP while at the same dead agenting any and all detractors of same.

Cruise in particular – Tom, why don’t you sling that Freedom Medal around your neck and get busy? instead of trying to revive a doomed relationship with your daughter after not seeing her for so many years, why aren’t you kicking ass on the talk shows and getting the media’s ethics in ruthlessly?

And Alley with her big loud mouth, yet all we hear are the sounds of silence.

JT, why aren’t you out there defending your beautiful religion?

Moss and Prepon get a pass from me because I think they’re talented actors and probably 2 of the few Scientology “celebrities” who are actually working in the field.

But you, Jenna, what have you Done For Dave lately, hmmm? Why so quiet? What are your crimes? Suggest you step out of the stables for a sec. That’s right, give the horse a break, come up for air, and get yourself onto SuMP, setting the world straight about Man’s Only Hope.

    Good one RB.
I think the point lost on Scientologists is that COB is doing something about Leah & A&E, he’s following Hubbard’s playbook. What is happening to the Cof$ is as good as it gets at any given moment. Its got to do with two completely different things interacting – COB’s view & method of control (or lack of) present circumstances & that of Scientologists believing that the tech will set them free. But the thing is, no one is free in Scientology or ever has been. Stupid is what stupid does, from both ends of the spectrum within the cult of Scientology. Those lies naturally repel each other, but stupidity & believing those lies to be true is the glue that holds what is left together.
    Ugly isn’t it?

    Dear RB,
This one is so spot on it’s psychic.
I remember the days being told not to look at the Time magazine article on Scientology. My Dad subscribed to Time. It was on the table. He didn’t say anything, but kept leaving it out in prominent places when I came to visit. I couldn’t help but see the title. I was curious but it was 1991 and I was trying to be a good scilon.
I got a tick or something in a sec-check on the question, did I see the article. I tried to say it was a false read. Failed. Finally it came out, that I saw the cover repeatedly and did nothing and said nothing disparagingly about it to my dad. So I was ‘out-ethics.’
I was the bad guy because I saw it and didn’t ‘handle’ it by chucking it or talking to my dad disparagingly about people who attack the cherch.
Surely I had to do some slave labor at FLAG to make up for what a horrible Scilon I was.
I remember saying, I can confront and shatter suppression. So why the can’t I see a magazine cover? And why can’t I read it and decide for myself (which I didn’t). And arm myself, so I can discuss it with the people that asked about it who weren’t scilons. Yeah, that went well. Not!
RB drills to the core of cognitive dissonance by showing how LRH says one thing, but when it ill suits the cherch, tech is disregarded. Not just disregarded, but your pointing out correct tech, causes your ethics officer to tell you, ‘you are being 1.1.’ (Covertly Hostile on the emotional tone scale.)
That is so massively unjust to stop someone from reaching.
That is so massively unjust to accuse someone of wrong doing when they honestly don’t understand why their reach is being cut.
It is so wrong to try to control people and scare their curiosity out of them.
As a happy EX, I sometimes feel myself stopping my curiosity. Then I push through the false old barrier erected in my years of studying the ‘tek.’
When I was a child I was berated for being nosy. I got into a lot of stuff I wasn’t supposed to. But I learned a lot. And some adults were charmed and forgiving and mentored me.
As a scilon my curiosity was squashed with the force of an industrial press. Like the one that killed the Terminator in the first Terminator movie. (Awesome movie).
I find that my natural curiosity post scientology is still fairly quiescent. I need to reclaim my ability to reach for answers when they hide. I need to be more curious. That child-like curiosity is in here somewhere.
RB thank you for reminding me I need to reclaim it.

What Miscavige wants you to do, what every in tech in good standing Still In is supposed to do is confront and shatter suppression without ever confronting it.

      Is that clear now?

      Do you understand?

Ok, neither do I, but then, why would we Bitter Defrocked types on the Internet Fringes understand such an important and esoteric concept?

The Still Ins understand and that’s all that matters.

With their amazing OT powers they confront and utterly shatter without ever having to confront.

Maybe they just POSTULATE it. Maybe they just think a thought, and just thinking it utterly shatters the suppression, you know?

Of course, a pedestrian mind such as mine can only speculate about this amazing OT ability.

The insanity practiced in the ” church ” IS scientology; DM has just streamlined Hubbard’s command to ” MAKE MONEY.MAKE MORE MONEY. The lingo was one of Hubbard’s best tools to get his bots thinking how he wanted them to think. Another was that crazy Tone Chart. Imaging a person entering the cult at age 25, having lived many years unaware of a Tone Chart. Suddenly, to be a good ronbot, they have to learn the chart, and use it as a tool, rather than simply checking and trusting their own feelings as they had done for years previously.

“By various calculations about the energy of life, by observation and by test, this Tone Scale is able to give levels of behavior as life declines.
These various levels are common to all men.”

It is rather telling that CoS does not show any actual “calculations about the energy of life,” or when and where the “observation[s]” took place, nor any criteria or results about “test[s].” They just present the done deal of the completed “Tone Scale”, claiming the “various levels are common to all men.”

Whooie, that’s a lot of blather to swallow at once! But swallow it you must, or report to Ethics for your dirty armband and assignment with a toilet-cleaning toothbrush. Or, just as likely, your fellow worshipers will love-bomb you and hold your hand as you head down Hubbard Way, with promises of great things to come if you just learn to get with the program.

    Spot on RB

Lurkers and OSA – here is a piece of senior Tech from LRH

    Look – don’t listen

Observe for yourself what is true

Why don’t you hang on to at least 1 thread of personal integrity and find out why Leah Remini and Mike Rinder are speaking out on a show that just started Season 3.

Leah Remini won an Emmy Award for this show

She is trying to help you guys. She is telling you things you need to know so you can decide for yourself if you should give up all of your time and money to help David Miscavige run his billion dollar corporation disguised as a church.

You are aiding and abetting and committing crimes daily by supporting this organization

The more time and money you invest – you will have to be right

When it hits you personally – and it will – it always does – your personal cringe factor will be exponentially mirror the time and money you invested and how much damage Scientology has done to your life when you step back and really look at the true condition you really are in

Get honest and straight with yourself for petesake

    Look

Try to hang on to some personal integrity and think for yourself

As much as I detest the cult lingo and the cult ” viewpoint “, I admire IM’s ability to present his well-reasoned point in language that an adherent of the ” church ” can understand.
      Respect?

I spent a decade learning it and invested about $380,000

At least I got some use out of it

        I can speak to Scientologists

So I got that going for me

So honest, so true. It will hit them personally. Leah can attest to that. I remember her being shocked that people treated her so poorly after she left.

Here’s the deal. If you choose to walk away, you will be treated as though you are scum of the earth, no matter how much you did while you were in. No one. No one. Is exempt.

Well, I got treated like scum when I was in. Since, they have coxed a divorce and 2 children to not speak to me for 5.5 years.
The church of Scientology is scum. What can we expect?

Giving up your personal secrets to a Scientology auditor for future promulgation should you ever leave and speak out, reminds me a quote by Benjamin Franklin:

“To be intimate with a foolish friend, is like going to bed with a razor.”

Oh but we already know why the show is still on the air and won an Emmy. It is all being manipulated behind the scenes by Smersh, the Psychs, the Commies, the Pharmaceutical companies, and the 8 SPs that run the world….isn’t it?

Whatever happened to Look, Don’t Listen? Well… that probably worked better in the 1960s when you could basically control people’s access to information about Scientology. Maybe they should come up to present time on this. Oh, right… they can’t.

Don’t worry, I’m sure that LRH will be returning from his LOA soon and give us all the tech we need. Until then, maybe we should have some OTs operate exterior and shut everyone’s TVs off. 🙂

This is Scientology...

If your spouse is resistant to Scientology or doesn't want you to donate more money, Scientology officials will tell you that you’re PTS (potential trouble source) and that you need to disconnect from them.

There are many, many examples of this.
