I have seen a lot of unreal delusory statements coming from inside the bubble but I think this one takes the cake (so far....) This is the UK "Landlord", responsible for tens of millions of pounds of real estate. I don't know him, but he sounds like a teenager who thinks if he is "enthusiastic" everything will turn out ok "we are winning and things are looking good" "we will make this cleared UK a reality and are doing this".
