Audiobook for Non-US can now be pre-ordered! Finally! The red tape has given way and the audiobook can now be pre-ordered in countries outside the US. Check your Amazon site and it should be available there. I would like to hear from people in the comments in Australia, New Zealand, S. Africa and Ireland if they are able to pre-order on Amazon now (my Amazon defaults to the US site where it has always been available and so far only have confirmation it is on Amazon UK).
