I had put up an earlier report showing the Las Vegas org parking lot with ONE car taken at 7pm on Saturday. That seemed a bit unfair as orgs shut their doors at 6pm on Saturday apparently and you couldn't expect anyone to be there "after hours" just because they like the place. WUS Ideal Org Delusions
A little collection of "WUS Ideal Continent" news and it's a remarkable study in cognitive dissonance. First, doesn't it strike ANY of these "OT Committee" people as strange that instead of making their ideal org succeed, the ONLY thing they are being asked to do is raise money for OTHER ideal orgs? This story is worth republishing. Obviously the reporter was not intending to write a puff piece -- but regardless of his snide tone, his PHOTOS are amazing. A COMPLETELY EMPTY course room. Nobody visible on the ground floor except a receptionist. And he says there was only ONE person in the org that was not a staff member -- someone who he found dozing off in the course room. But who knows what? They are shouting from the rooftops -- 18 new people started service since the opening of the ideal org. That is almost 1 per day. Amazing. Incredible. Astonishing... At that rate, assuming every one of them continues in scientology and goes up the bridge to Clear, it will only take 12,600 YEARS to "clear Sydney." Of course, maybe 1 percent of those new starts will actually continue on so it will be more like 1.2 million years. Well, this "Grand Slam Event" was just too good to be true. Literally. I happened to be in Austin this evening, and dropped by the Grand Slam Event. These photos were taken right as the big event was getting underway. Nobody in sight except a woman standing near the table set up in the entrance that had a few lonely Dianetics fliers on it. Clearly Rene Duszak, a long term SO member from PAC failed to build this org and was replaced. Believe me, if they were doing so well, nobody would have taken her out. 2.
