Why Do Scientologists Lie?
While repeatedly asserting that they are "the most ethical group on earth" and that they are constantly having to "get rid of" people who "cannot live up to their ethical standards," in truth, every dedicated scientologist is a liar. Happy New Year
2106 is done and we embark on a new year. A lot happened over the past year in the scientology world -- and as always, Tony Ortega has diligently documented it at his excellent blog. Nothing significant happened in the scientology sphere that he has not comprehensively covered. Scientology likes to tell the world that you can be a scientologist and also be a Christian, Jew, Buddhist or anything else. This is an "acceptable truth" (defined by Hubbard this way: Handling truth is a touchy business also. You don't have to tell everything you know-that would jam the comm line too. Hurricane Leah continues to roll, blowing aside the scientology house of cards in its path. Their denials and ridiculous responses are becoming lamer and less believable by the day. Their latest effort now takes issue with the fact they harass people. Everything they do is dictated by the L. Ron Hubbard Playbook for dealing with critics.
