Rumor has it Regarded Being will return from hiatus next week. In the meantime, one of the earliest RB’s which was I believe the introduction of “Podium Dave”…

OT IX will consist of: Study, starrate, claydemo and pass exam on each “Route One” processes, specifically the ones done in a completely exterior condition.

OT X will consist of restudy and solo auditing every “Route One” process to floating TA and full blown hallucination that you have attained a persistent state of ‘completely exterior to the body, with full perceptions, stably.’ When psychosis is confirmed and a completely out-reality theetie-weetie success story is written, you will then be declared a no-case-gain out-ethics and supressive PC who has a fully bypassed case. Then, to get off the ship, you will have to pay for your entire bridge, training and processing and start your IAS status at zero. Your good standing will be recinded until you have completed your entire bridge once more and ALSO recruited a celebrity who can be used as a spokesperson for scientology.

Glad you’re re-running this, Mike, as its fresh and fantastic to me. I must have missed this one back in the day.

    (Off Topic: Wynski and threefeetback,
For some reason (Rinder addiction? Because I’m not in the mood to file a pile of papers) I just browsed thru articles from the past few days and saw that on the 17th you each responded to something I wrote and I just wanted you to know that I just read what each of you wrote and responded.

In particular, threefeet, please read what I wrote back to you if you have a minute because I am so NOT the Speech Police. No matter how you and I could disagree on ANY topic, I would never want your voice silenced, because your voice, silenced, is effectively my voice, silenced, is everyone’s voice, silenced, etc., and I’m not a Fascist, .I’m a Voltairist 🙂 And, Wynski, I know you are intense and passionate in your convictions, and as such I very likely pressed your buttons with comments comparing DT to DM, so thanks for your measured response to it, when possibly you were more inclined to “hammer out of existence” my incorrect “technology” 🙂 This is appreciated.

Ah, maybe I gave wrong impression Aqua. I didn’t know that about Trump as I’m not a backer of his. I DO know that about Hillary from personal experience and was just upset that those two were the main players we had to choose from last year and thought America could do better out of all the millions out there.

Well! Candor compels me to admit that I’m pleased to hear this, Wynski!

And, understood on your personal experience with Hillary, as well as your upset on the choices we were given a year ago. Perhaps having had no personal experience with her was instrumental in her getting my vote. Certainly, the considerable amount I know about Trump (not personal experience but via others and having been inundated with him in the media) for the past 35 years had everything to do with why I did not vote for him.

The piece is satire. Tongue-in-cheek poking fun at the illogical activities of Scientology, but it puts the activities in more obvious language, as observed by outsiders.

I’m still learning about what this cult is capable of. Until I saw Going Clear and now Aftermath I knew very little.

I don’t think Cult is a strong enough word for what this thing does to people. How can anyone tear people apart like this and still sleep at night. Treat children the way they do and get away with it? I’m sure there are good people that get caught up in this but for the leaders; people like DM and those that support him. They are the true definition of evil.

Love the Bonus section: “You will no longer have to wait in line to make donations! Your time is valuable. We Care!”. LOL It has crossed my mind that Scientology is similar in respect to the Nazi’s. When you have total power over someone you can do what you want. There is no doubt there are some very kind hearted people in Scientology and some that have aberrant personalities. Just watched a video and Karen de la Carriere thinks that DM is sadistic. He’s not happy to just punish people but trys to find the most degrading ways to do it. In the last episode about the young woman that was abandoned to the streets at 13 because her mother chose being a Sea Org over the welfare of her daughter said that when they lived in Big Blue it had roaches and rats. I wonder if the Celebrity Center has roaches and rats?

As much as we laugh about it, it’s a fact that the CoS is a destructive cult.

During June 1995, the church placed Lisa McPherson in an “introspection rundown” due to perceived mental instability. Lisa completed the rundown, and she attested to the state of Clear in September.

November 18, 1995 McPherson was then taken to the Flag Land Base for “rest and relaxation” according to the Church of Scientology, but sworn statements demonstrate that McPherson was brought there for another introspection rundown.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lisa_McPherson

Clearly what they were doing didn’t seem to be helping Lisa. So instead of admitting their failings and trying to find help outside Scientolgy I believe they neglected her until she went into a coma and arrived at the hospital dead with what looked like roach bites on her body. How the courts could call this an accident is beyond me!

You know how many cockaroaches there are in Clearwater? I had food poisoning in 79 and had to sleep in the NOTs HGC. There were cockaroaches running all over my body as soon as I turned the lights out. This does not excuse anything they did to Lisa. They should have been tried for murder.

Hey, this is now the third time I have tried to comment here. The problem cannot be the internet or the blog. The problem must lie with me. I have committed overts on the Church. I made the Captain Freewinds look bad by failing to die after he told my wife I was going to die and held her against her will for 6 months. I have said disparaging things about Captain DM that may or may not (but probably are) true. I got AIDS and I am not even a faggot. I have 2 lifetime memberships in the IAS and refused to buy a third one. My work to get my wife off of the Freewinds before I died resulted in a mutiny on the ship whereby some of the Captain’s EC wanted her to be released while others wanted her to be held there until I was dead.(continued)

(Continued) Another overt: I could have just let the Freewinds sink or burn down instead of working 16 years to keep it afloat. I have overworked an executive (Mr Rinder) by deliberately and suppressively keeping it going thereby causing him to have to write about it.
Before I die, I will repent to my maker for my crimes: I repent all of the make-wrong I have put on Mike Napier’s lines, who is the only Right Arm Captain in the SO. My duty is to make the Captain right in what he does. As soon as I found out that he told my wife that I was going to die; I should have died. Had I stayed in the SO I would have been dead anyway. I had no right to keep property that belonged to the organization.(Life). I am lucky that they, in their majestic charity, did not report the theft to the police.
I atone for these crimes for which I have committed, and for those that I am about to.

May I suggest something, though? The word “faggot” isn’t exactly polite. It’s quite offensive. And a person doesn’t have to be gay to contract AIDS.

I’m not gay but I have a very dear friend who is. I think we’re all better off without the use of that particular “f” word. Just sayin’.

          Dearest William:

My daughter attended High School with a young man & his two younger brothers. Two of the boys were born with Hemophilia. After blood transfusions two boys received tainted blood & both boys got AIDS. The youngest son was born healthy, no hemophilia. The older boy, Chris, died before graduation that school year 1994 & his parents received his High School diploma posthumerously.

Fortunately, back in 1994 the kids in that high school were very compassionate & Chris had many friends who “had his back” & would hang out with him & invite him to gatherings etc.

There are those who still believe it is a “Gay Disease” but sometimes you can’t convince others that statement is not true.

You have committed no bigger or lesser crimes than anyone ELSE who exists in this Universe, stop beating yourself down. So called “crimes” are often done at the order of those in power…those we often times cannot refuse or say NO to.

What is important is that you ADMIT you’ve done wrong, & repent for it. Others will point the finger & use the “yeah but” scenario.

My thoughts are with you William (Bill)….hearing your story is very sad indeed, yet you’ve shined a light on so many things & made others feel Blessed that they’ve escaped without a serious health issue.

          Thank you William.

Oh, I think COB has 9 & 10 pretty much worked out already. It’s getting it’s delivery scenario past his lawyers security & media concerns that’s the sticky bit. Mike hinted at a possible solution for him some time back. DM just has to pick a couple of processes from Creation of Human Ability and spin in so much security, sec checks & other bs around them that the punters will say anything to be finished with it. But their status within the Cof$ will go up a notch or two along with another cash grab of course. Some get their jollies off that way, sickening I know but it’s Scientology we’re discussing isn’t it? But you are right, the underlying aspect of all of DM’s plays is that he trusts no one.
COB has created his own paradox. It drives him even more criminally insane than he already is but he does know with certainty that there are many, many people out there that know the bs of Hubbard a lot more accurately than he does and the media is being made aware of that fact more and more. Even Tony Ortega knows more of the technical aspect of Scientology delivery and purposes than Miscavige does. That explains in part his vicious and ferocious treatment of past technical terminals within the system of the Church and why he got rid of them all, he not only had to do it to secure power but he enjoyed doing it. Now it haunts him and he hides in his bunker, whisky and the highly pitched but falsely calming effect of self induced insanity his only friend. Just try to imagine the conversations he must have with himself?
He’s a sick fuck Miscavige! He’s created and continues to create his own type of religious rabies on top of Hubbard’s stuff.

Truly hilarious, and well worth rerunning because $cn just never changes…except to get worse, that is 😉

I’ve always been an avid reader, so as young $cilon newbie I was the book reg’s fave target whenever I walked into the mission where I was first jumped into the cult. Pretty soon, I had an almost complete set of what is now being sold as the Basic Book series and plowed through them at a rapid rate, racing past what must have been dozens, if not hundreds, of MU’s.

I distinctly remember being entranced by the concept behind Elron’s “Mission Into Time” and read the book like it was a real-life adventure travelogue tale. But since I wasn’t a fully indoctrinated cultist yet and hadn’t learned to keep my disagreements, questions and comments to myself, I was enthusiastically seeking out others who had read the book in order to discuss it with them…a huge no-no in cult culture which I had not as yet been implanted with.

Even then, it struck me as more than passing strange that there were no past-life recalled memories of buried treasures or other artifacts found to validate this supremely noteworthy “scientific” discovery. Rattling around in my naturally curious mind were many half-formed questions, such as, “If whole-track recall is real and many $cientologists routinely experience this amazing phenomena, then there should be lots of validated accounts of such experiences, provided by many other folks…so, where are they!!?”

To make a much longer story short, I ended up setting aside my overly curious questions and suppressing the cognitive dissonance that, even then, at that early point in my cult career, had begun to develop and just bracketed them for later consideration.

As Carl Sagan put it so elegantly: “Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof,” and what could be more extraordinary than whole-track recall? Had I followed my own intuitions at that time and been less concerned about fitting in with the cult sheeple who surrounded me, I would have found the cult exit door far sooner than I eventually did and come to the correct conclusion that, for these extraordinary claims, there was NO evidence, much less “extraordinary evidence,” to validate them.

I would have (should have, could have) realized the Fat Man’s “Mission Into Time” was, in reality, just one aspect of his larger “mission into crime” and saved myself the trouble and wasted time and money of continuing to chump for his supreme mindfuckery.

$cn as a body of supposedly scientifically derived knowledge comes apart a hundred ways to Sunday with even the most cursory of objective inquiries, but there are several “short cuts” to invalidating the entire loopy, whacked out, space opera cosmology, and the complete lack of objective proof of whole-track recall is one of the quickest and most definitive of them!

They always say that demonstrating it that way would be “out-reality.” I’d say, “bullshit, if there’s anyone that would be totally IN-reality for, it would be a freaking scientologist!!”

Man, if some 20-something person came up to me and said, “Hey, Gus, it’s Richie!” I’d be very interested. If anybody could have been at total cause and picked his new family and had total recall of his previous life it would have been him. I’d say, “whoa, no shit? Remember that time in New York, when we were at that store and some crazy shit went down and we joked about it for years?” All that 20-something person would have to say is, “Yeah, we’d always say ‘Hoo-aah’ and crack up laughing! By the way that was Seattle not New York!”

Boom. I’d go back to that fucking cult right now and give ’em everything I have to get that.

That’s the carrot they dangle. But it’s all bullshit.

Could it be that there is no ‘There’ there in Scientology, and never has been? Could it be that Hubbard’s first attempt to show the powers of a Clear human being, which resulted in a humiliating failure, was the harbinger of things to come, of future failures of all of his so-called tech?

Volunteering to undergo massive doses of command hypnotism for a period of years, to the point one learns to do it to oneself, is undoubtedly the main reason it takes 13.5 years after blowing from Hubbardville to get a full return to one’s former sense of self.

No one said it better than the person who called Scientology a “Prison of Belief”.

If anyone can learn adopt one statement to help them out of that strange land of Xenu I would suggest this one:
