Looks like her Genetic Entity took over in the last panel. Her supervisors will be very angry.

As much as I understand the scientology-think, I’m astounded scns could make that convoluted calculation as to consider that rapist Richard any kind of ‘upstat’ An unethical bastard with money to burn is still an unethical bastard.[Excuse my vulgar words, but I’ve met some guys like him.]

What I don’t understand is…where did the need for justice go? Ok. Fine. Let’s say scientology can heal your aberrations. Part of healing for victim and perpetrator is to undergo justice. Why circumvent the justice system already in place? Oh. I get it. You can’t pay for services if you are in jail.

Eileen, scientology’s ‘ethics’ has little to do with justice and ALL to do with punishment and protecting scientology. Richard-the-rapist’s ‘punishment’ was to pay a pretty large fine to Davey’s primary slush fund, the IAS, which transformed him into an ‘upstate in what passes for scientology these days. Cindy was never a part of the equation, except as a “particle”. AND she’s just supposed to pull up her big girl’s pants, straighten her blouse and move on. scientology doesn’t recognize compassion as a survival trait for humanity. IMO, compassion is a MAJOR part of what differentiates us from the lower animals, even though most mammals have some sort of analog impulse. Compassion is what drives most sea org staff to sign that ridiculous ‘contract’. They want to raise all mankind up to the fabled
Homo Novis that Hubbard assured us was within reach.
Little did we know then how false that promise was.

    Beautiful! I’m still laughing.
Luckily the guy had made the conditions and the situation was sorted out.
In scn if you are someone who makes large donations you are upstat and consequently protected.
Then maybe it is to be seen how certain of these donors make money. And that’s a whole other story. In that many are less ‘upstat’.
But the cult doesn’t care as long as money comes in and the dude isn’t making a mess too big that would put scn in some danger.

This IS Classic. I think the only thing that RB may have gotten wrong in this is the last bubble. There are A LOT of Sea Org members and scientologist parents who wouldn’t call 911, etc. if their underage daughter were being persuaded to get into the car of an “upstat” scientologist. But Boy! RB has the mindset of this cult DOWN.

Mary, I don’t think they would call the police if their daughter was actually being raped by this “upstat. They could be declared suppressive for doing so. I’m glad that you and I have immunity from such things. It’s like antibodies for a disease. I have never seen a declared SP get declared again. Sort of like my immortality the Church gave me. Once a person is dead nothing can kill him.

Yes and it is no great surprise that RB has the mindset of the cult down cold. It was Mike’s duty to implement the policies of LRH and the dwarfenfuehrer in these matters. Just as if you were to look in my PC folders you would find that I followed my sacred oath to the Fuehrer as a guard at Treblinka. (Until I didn’t that is).
