Per Tony’s blog, it comes down to the FBI just doing a lousy job, in spite of being very effective elsewhere. Maybe they are not doing a lousy job, and are really covering something else up. (It wouldn’t be the first time.)
All the victims should have been notified, and asked for a statement in good time. Let alone the full chain of responsibility.

Defendent got a three month sentance which means he will be out in 3 – 4 weeks max, I have to give Tony Ortega credit for courage, he lives there in New York. I don’t think I would have showed up at that criminal’s trial with the name Saldariagga if he had raped me. Ortega’s got heart, that’s for sure.

I’m just wondering how difficult it will be to tie it back to Scientology. I doubt there’s anything in the way of a paper trail to tie it back to C of $. Perhaps if the FBI makes a plea deal in exchange for reducing the PI’s sentence, sort of like how the government makes deals to go after the big drug dealers rather than the small fish. We all know the hacking was authorized and perhaps even ordered by Miscavige, but proving it…?

That lawyer is a very naughty person. The Church would never have wanted him to hire a PI to hire a hacker. The lawyer is guilty of bringing the Church into disrepute when it doesn’t deserve it, since it is a Church and would not condone such a thing ever.

So…Scientology hired the lawyer who hired the PI who hired the hacker.
If the law is to serve as a deterrent, Scientology needs to answer for its most recent criminality.
The lawyer, the PI and the hacker are insulating the true guilty party, which is the Church of Spyintology.

Correct. It is beyond me why a law firm and a church can get away with committing crimes at someone else’s hands and they aren’t held accountable. I would be curious to know what was produced and handed over to the law firm and/or the church by way of the perpetrator of the crime.

Let’s hope the veil smothering the truth is penetrated on this one and the real criminal in the background is exposed and dispensed with true justice – the RCS, therefore miscavige. From what I gathered from Ortega’s response the miscarriage of justice in not following the money trail in WHO paid the hacker to break the law is akin to suspecting Smith & Wesson or Colt for firearm murder and leaving it at that due to lack of evidence.
It’s time for the US justice system to grow some balls on something like this and ignore the dollar value and convoluted legal shenanigans protecting the truth.
Justice… a term denoting a discriminatory industry for which the church of scientology is a major player – it tells lies and steals for a living yet punishes the innocent for honesty, all with legal blessings of the taxpayer.

I’m rather disappointed that no one thought that I hired Saldarriaga. After all, there are issues between myself and Ortega, and I’m certainly smart enough to use Mike as a blind to throw suspicion on to the cult. Then again…

    1) Anons do not hire PIs to hack email. Any Anon worth his salt would do it himself.
    2) I would have thrown Ortega’s emails up on The Pirate Bay, then used a kleenex account to post the torrent link on his blog.
    3) I would have offered Mike’s emails to OSA, then sent them copies of the Pain Series.

As it is, no, I did not hire the piece of trash (nor am I him, in case anyone from the Bunker thought that; there are reasons to think that). I’m glad he’s caught, and I damn well hope the ramifications go beyond his sentencing, since they deserve everything they get. Maybe I’ll end up mailing the Pain Series to OSA anyway. They deserve it.

Just wanted to mention one more thing: if OSA was so hot-shit and a bag of chips, wouldn’t they have hacked the accounts themselves? Just goes to show you that Big Bad OSA ceased being big and bad when Anon pantsed them in front of the entire Internet.

But Espiando, you’re not acknowledging the first cause as to why no one would even consider that you’d hire such a PI:
      1) You are not stupid.
      2) Evidence suggests that you assiduously avoid footbullets at all times.
      3) And further, the same evidence suggest the you are not a Big Bad. When you say you’re hot-shit, you come to show that you are. Where as OSA says they’re hot-shit, it comes to be that they’re hot-air!

For example, when the church found out that Eric Saldarriaga was caught there statement should have read:

“What on Earth? We had no idea was doing this. He certainly will not be welcome in our church anymore. We have informed our ecclesiastical leader David Miscavige of this and he stated he was equally shocked as well, He knew Eric and had even personally invited him to the Freewinds. Something David Miscavige does not usually do.”

      See how it works? 🙂

The plea agreement is very much in Eric Saldarriaga’s favor. Only 6 months in jail? In what will certainly be a low security prison? It will be like a college dorm, not Shawshank. Why no ‘conspiracy ‘ charge? My first reaction is the prosecutor gave away too much.

While Saldarriaga is out of business, who took over that ‘commission’? Where there’s money, there is some fool willing to earn it. I do hope that Mike and Tony get to see the ‘confession’ and any statements the defendant gave, they will be very useful in any civil suit.

I love Chuck’s ‘let him serve his time in the hole’ comment!!!! So appropriate.

The Church of Scientology is JUST BEGINNING to be held accountable for it and it’s parishioner’s acts. Back on the track the church once hired a guy (an imported church member) to get New York City resident Paulette Cooper drunk on the roof of her apartment building and then push her off the roof so the Police could be told she killed herself because of what she had done to Scientology. This is how the Church of Scientology operates. So, the more “church members” that get caught red-handed the less likely it becomes that the name Church of Scientology wlll ring a bell of trustworthiness in anyone’s mind. Almost anyone posting to this blog may have been attacked by a Church of Scientology in some way at some point in time. It is not a matter to take lightly. But the church thinks it is. This is an LRH tech the church believes works “most people get so confused by all the lies around they come to believe anything they’re told”. That’s what USED to happen. 🙂
