Per Tony’s blog, it comes down to the FBI just doing a lousy job, in spite of being very effective elsewhere. Maybe they are not doing a lousy job, and are really covering something else up. (It wouldn’t be the first time.)
All the victims should have been notified, and asked for a statement in good time. Let alone the full chain of responsibility.
Defendent got a three month sentance which means he will be out in 3 – 4 weeks max, I have to give Tony Ortega credit for courage, he lives there in New York. I don’t think I would have showed up at that criminal’s trial with the name Saldariagga if he had raped me. Ortega’s got heart, that’s for sure.
Quite a story on this abt time But not enough yet the person to get is David Miscaviage and nothing less.
because there will be more and justifying actions to cover there asses.
excellent letter Mike Rinder! I am noticing A LOT of new names on the blogs – many new people coming out of hiding … see how the truth works when standardly applied – it suppresses the “Suppressor” – Scientology.
Great job mike and tony! And to the person who commented here that the lawyer in “naughty” and that the Church world never condone such behavior- are you being sarcastic?
I’m just wondering how difficult it will be to tie it back to Scientology. I doubt there’s anything in the way of a paper trail to tie it back to C of $. Perhaps if the FBI makes a plea deal in exchange for reducing the PI’s sentence, sort of like how the government makes deals to go after the big drug dealers rather than the small fish. We all know the hacking was authorized and perhaps even ordered by Miscavige, but proving it…?
Yea He makes his tracks like steel so they can’t be linked back to him However its a matter of time to break the cycle and his network will fall down and his overts come wide open. He can only go on so long and not him goes down all his network will too.Little bit like FIFA who currently is getting stripped.
That lawyer is a very naughty person. The Church would never have wanted him to hire a PI to hire a hacker. The lawyer is guilty of bringing the Church into disrepute when it doesn’t deserve it, since it is a Church and would not condone such a thing ever.
An excellent, well-written, statement Mike. The last sentence drives the point home with precision. Here’s hoping you (and Tony) are heard. It really is time for the truth to prevail.
So…Scientology hired the lawyer who hired the PI who hired the hacker.
If the law is to serve as a deterrent, Scientology needs to answer for its most recent criminality.
The lawyer, the PI and the hacker are insulating the true guilty party, which is the Church of Spyintology.
Correct. It is beyond me why a law firm and a church can get away with committing crimes at someone else’s hands and they aren’t held accountable. I would be curious to know what was produced and handed over to the law firm and/or the church by way of the perpetrator of the crime.
Reading those impact statements was emotionally cathartic. What I mean by that is it felt good to read them and it feels good to think about them. It’s very healing.
Hopefully there will.be.other consequences as well. For example, convinced felons generally are not allowed to carry firearms. Not sure if it will affect his PI license, but we can hope!
Other consequences than a New York City prison? if he goes to Riker’s Island he will be lucky to leave alive. This is the second P.I. working for .Miscavige / OSA that went so pts to him, they ended up in police custody.
Hi Brian,You are so right with your post.I never talked about 99.9% of my SO time with my younger siblings or late parents. They all got a glazed over look & the facial contortions were priceless. It was not worth it.Kept it all inside for years until Walter came along at least he would listen even if so much was hard for him to really fathom. Now I have this blog & that has made all the difference.Always Ann.
And to add to you Cindy, I believe in my heart, that using Ron’s quotes will take the unbelievably out of the new observer.
I have seen so many X Scientologists being interviewed on main stream media. Most of the interviewers get that weird ” did this really happen or are you nuts facial contortion.
Mike, really good news here, and what a devastating letter! One questions though, if you can:
Unless he is self employed, would not the P.I. firm who employs Saldarriaga be responsible for his actions, in that he would have been receiving his instructions to hack you via them and not directly from the client?
Hi Karen#1,I am very pleased to meet you.Thank you for your post.I feel you know that the ten stars are so applicable to Mike & his family.Thank you & love, Ann B.
Hi Mike,Incedible except I know it is all true,a great letter you wrote.I send my deepest admiration for all you and your family have put up with & continue to have to contend with from this evil cult. All I can do is send you waves of light & love & hope the justice system in this country finally looks @ what the cos gets away with.It is long past time. You & your family truely are heroes.Thank You Forever.Ann.
Wow! I guess when desperation sets in and the brain-drain has been running for a while, errors are made. This could potentially be a footbullet of massive proportions for the COS!
The cracks and unraveling seams are increasing in number and size as the world begins to see an unveiling (apocalyptic?) picture of Inside Modern Scientology.
My excitement and interest grows proportionally!
Let’s hope the veil smothering the truth is penetrated on this one and the real criminal in the background is exposed and dispensed with true justice – the RCS, therefore miscavige. From what I gathered from Ortega’s response the miscarriage of justice in not following the money trail in WHO paid the hacker to break the law is akin to suspecting Smith & Wesson or Colt for firearm murder and leaving it at that due to lack of evidence.
It’s time for the US justice system to grow some balls on something like this and ignore the dollar value and convoluted legal shenanigans protecting the truth.
Justice… a term denoting a discriminatory industry for which the church of scientology is a major player – it tells lies and steals for a living yet punishes the innocent for honesty, all with legal blessings of the taxpayer.
Thanks Mike, for this and all you do to help bring an end to this abusive group. This church’s and its leader’s crimes and abuses and threats of abuse has got to stop.
I hope this letter will be THE statement that finally sets the ball in motion to investigate this vile “church” and the crimes and abuses it commits spending tax free dollars with impunity. I am fed up with the feds not doing anything about this.
Filthy criminals! These shitting Scientology crooks are violent, insane, at core they are organized crime, let’s hope that the fucking crook that’s been indicted will name David and the other sociopath criminals in exchange for time off in the sentencing.
Always crime with these frothing insane criminals. Always!
I’m rather disappointed that no one thought that I hired Saldarriaga. After all, there are issues between myself and Ortega, and I’m certainly smart enough to use Mike as a blind to throw suspicion on to the cult. Then again…
1) Anons do not hire PIs to hack email. Any Anon worth his salt would do it himself.
2) I would have thrown Ortega’s emails up on The Pirate Bay, then used a kleenex account to post the torrent link on his blog.
3) I would have offered Mike’s emails to OSA, then sent them copies of the Pain Series.
As it is, no, I did not hire the piece of trash (nor am I him, in case anyone from the Bunker thought that; there are reasons to think that). I’m glad he’s caught, and I damn well hope the ramifications go beyond his sentencing, since they deserve everything they get. Maybe I’ll end up mailing the Pain Series to OSA anyway. They deserve it.
Just wanted to mention one more thing: if OSA was so hot-shit and a bag of chips, wouldn’t they have hacked the accounts themselves? Just goes to show you that Big Bad OSA ceased being big and bad when Anon pantsed them in front of the entire Internet.
But Espiando, you’re not acknowledging the first cause as to why no one would even consider that you’d hire such a PI:
1) You are not stupid.
2) Evidence suggests that you assiduously avoid footbullets at all times.
3) And further, the same evidence suggest the you are not a Big Bad. When you say you’re hot-shit, you come to show that you are. Where as OSA says they’re hot-shit, it comes to be that they’re hot-air!
You wrote: “Just wanted to mention one more thing: if OSA was so hot-shit and a bag of chips, wouldn’t they have hacked the accounts themselves?” Pardon me for laughing 🙂 Rule # 1 of the Church of Scientology: THERE MUST ALWAYS BE A SCAPEGOAT. For example, when the church found out that Eric Saldarriaga was caught there statement should have read:
“What on Earth? We had no idea was doing this. He certainly will not be welcome in our church anymore. We have informed our ecclesiastical leader David Miscavige of this and he stated he was equally shocked as well, He knew Eric and had even personally invited him to the Freewinds. Something David Miscavige does not usually do.”
Well ,Well, Well, a special employee of David Miscavige
gets busted. I say send him to Gitmo to cool his heels,
no camp Fluffy or some nicely catered prison in the country .
Saldarriaga ought to give it right back to Scientology, for his foolishness helping Scientology, by pleading to the Judge to go do his time in the Int Base “Hole” as a way of really giving it back to Miscavige!
The plea agreement is very much in Eric Saldarriaga’s favor. Only 6 months in jail? In what will certainly be a low security prison? It will be like a college dorm, not Shawshank. Why no ‘conspiracy ‘ charge? My first reaction is the prosecutor gave away too much.
While Saldarriaga is out of business, who took over that ‘commission’? Where there’s money, there is some fool willing to earn it. I do hope that Mike and Tony get to see the ‘confession’ and any statements the defendant gave, they will be very useful in any civil suit.
I love Chuck’s ‘let him serve his time in the hole’ comment!!!! So appropriate.
The Church of Scientology is JUST BEGINNING to be held accountable for it and it’s parishioner’s acts. Back on the track the church once hired a guy (an imported church member) to get New York City resident Paulette Cooper drunk on the roof of her apartment building and then push her off the roof so the Police could be told she killed herself because of what she had done to Scientology. This is how the Church of Scientology operates. So, the more “church members” that get caught red-handed the less likely it becomes that the name Church of Scientology wlll ring a bell of trustworthiness in anyone’s mind. Almost anyone posting to this blog may have been attacked by a Church of Scientology in some way at some point in time. It is not a matter to take lightly. But the church thinks it is. This is an LRH tech the church believes works “most people get so confused by all the lies around they come to believe anything they’re told”. That’s what USED to happen. 🙂
Hi Lawrence,So True your post.I really hope more & more people will start to see how the cos has operated these many years.Faces bodies may come & go but the policies & the art of hiding their actual intentions & standard operating procedure that has not ever changed.Thank you for pointing it out.Ann B.
What a kick-ass great letter you wrote, Mike. Excellent! And you brought up other examples of hacking and spying and named the real culprit, David and the Co$. My hat is off to you. Love and admiration, Cindy

Any word on what happened at the hearing? That was a great victim impact statement, presenting everything clearly, and with good backup.

A result what was his sentence and will you get a compensation claim going?
I wonder if this guy is any relation to Judy Saldiarriaga who reps the Office of LRH Flag.
Sociopaths having many dogs to attack enemies with are more scary than sociopaths having many clams to attack enemies with.
excellent letter Mike Rinder! I am noticing A LOT of new names on the blogs – many new people coming out of hiding … see how the truth works when standardly applied – it suppresses the “Suppressor” – Scientology.

It appears that Mr Rinder has insinuated himself directly into the cat bird’s seat on this one.
As a former hacking target of the church of scientology, I do appreciate a good honeypot every now and then.
Well played, Mr Rinder.
Well played.

Thks for the news at least some justice Hadley

Quoting Ron’s ideas, that are in writing, is an important tactic in the courts and the media.
It gives reason to the interviewers incredulous reaction.
It takes it out of the are you nuts to:
L Ron Hubbard is source.

Mike, I am stunned with admiration and respect with the letter you wrote. Your communication skills put Pope Alexander Vl in shame.
Mike, really good news here, and what a devastating letter! One questions though, if you can:

Per the court records he is the owner of such private investigations business and the sole Private Investigator .
Absolutely Top of the Line Impact Statement. Salutations, congratulations and two thumbs up Mike Rinder.

Saldarriaga’s aka is “Emmanuela Gelpi.”
LRH wrote in his Bolivar Policy that a leader needs his “Manuela.”
Looks like Miscavige needs his Emmanuela?

The Saldariagga name seems to have connections to Scientology, judging by various blog posts over the last few years.
Not an uncommon name… No connection to Oscar/Judy/Pilar
It may be slightly less rare than Slartibardfarst, but it’s not one I’ve ever heard in any context except Scientology.
the thing about hired help is they don’t have the same loyalty as the fanatics.
any word on how he got caught?
if this a could develop further it’d be sweet payback for both mike and tony at the same time.
talk or ten years.
Filthy criminals! These shitting Scientology crooks are violent, insane, at core they are organized crime, let’s hope that the fucking crook that’s been indicted will name David and the other sociopath criminals in exchange for time off in the sentencing.

Wow is right! Well done for contacting Tony Ortega so that the connection to Scientology could be irrefutably made. Good luck with all of this.
