Every year, Miscavige bestows IAS Freedom Medals on individuals who have "eradicated psychiatry" or "brought peace" to "entire nations" through their "tireless efforts" to implement LRH tech and distribute the Way to Happiness as a "calming influence" on society. The three headlines say it all... Not only does this new meter now allow you not to think, it is THE thing that means "now we can really make it" and even more importantly, this meter is the "start of a new civilization." So after collecting an estimated $300 million for a building that was supposed to cost $40 million (though now they are claiming it cost $260 million which is a staggering $800+sq/ft if it is really 300,000 sq ft), of course there is no money to build the "LRH Hall".
