Meet the Andrus family -- minus their patriarch, Brian. You might remember Brian Andrus, he is the unindicted co-conspirator who was recently involved in scientology's latest land grab scheme in Clearwater. But before that, he is one of the most notorious ex-GO criminals, as I laid out in that previous blog post. He was directly involved in the kidnapping of Michael Meisner to keep him away from the Grand Jury and FBI. He epitomizes what scientology proclaimed were the "rogue elements" and "criminals" who were purged from scientology after they were "discovered." In fact, many of them … [Read more...]
4 New Ideal Orgs?
I included this Facebook message in my post yesterday concerning the fact that Captain Miscavige was at Flag on New Year's Eve delivering this briefing. I did not make mention of other significant things she mentioned. A new IAS status -- Patron Diamond Maximus with Honours. What comes next? They're running out of idiotic titles, every new one they come up with sounds more and more like a Monty Python skit. Another Super Bowl ad! Woohoo. They have been SOOOO effective. And the sheeple think they are being seen across the nation "A billion people watch the Super Bowl so that means a … [Read more...]
Photos and Videos
I have noted many times that the "humanitarian" and "4D campaigns" engaged in by scientology are simply photo and video opportunities that are then used for fundraising pitches. It's a repeated pattern that permeates all aspects of scientology. Staged events for video footage. Even inside the orgs we have routinely seen announcements for people to "come on course because SMP will be here filming," or "we need people to gather on the street in front of the org for an SMP shoot." But the Volunteer Ministers/Drug Free World/Youth For Human Rights/Way to Happiness activities are the ultimate … [Read more...]
Scientology Is Offended
The LA Mayors race really got scientology hot and bothered. When Rick Caruso made it an issue that his opponent, Karen Bass, had attended a scientology ribbon cutting event, it turned scientology into a hot topic. I wrote about this previously: Karen Bass -- L.A. Mayoral Candidate So, the STAND League rallied their troops. To do what? Call and complain about the "bigotry"... The problem they have, is BOTH candidates have taken an anti-scientology stance. With the STAND League letter writing campaign (see: Scientology Massively Unpopular) apparently ineffective, they resorted to … [Read more...]
Thursday Funnies
This one is going to be the real story.... We are circling the drain, more unpopular than ever, stats going down, more leaving than coming in newly. So, give us your money. Any excuse for a fundraiser... They're supposed to be GIVING OUT candy. They don't even know what Halloween is in Australia. Gosh, what happened to Africa? Maybe they're not doing so hot despite their promotional pieces that always say they are? Then again, AOSHEU could be full of bs too. Trick and treats? I think they might not understand the Halloween concept … [Read more...]
What Happened to the IAS Event?
The annual IAS event has come and gone once again without an actual "Int Event." The reason for no events for the past few years was supposedly COVID related. But that is no longer an issue, the world has basically returned to normal. Yet no event. This is the BIG event each year for money-making at the event itself and lining up future revenue with re-showings of the events and videos and "medal-winners." There have been no IAS Freedom Medal winners for 3 years now. The only explanation for this is that the COB is scared to appear anywhere in public for fear that he will be … [Read more...]
Thursday Funnies
There is a bit of a backlog of Funnies. The ones that were too outdated I sent to the trash file. There are quite a lot, two weeks worth in one episode! Smile away... They're "On The Plaque" until they're not... These things are VERY temporary. The "Honor Roll" On it until you're not. These are the marks who have contributed to making Australia the first "ideal continent"... Big Thumbs Up Come on in, the water's fine. Not that many regges... Chicago is big So I joined staff. Cincinnati needs staff desperately, their … [Read more...]
An Ideal Org — Waste Management
The "ideal" org in Columbus is putting on a new IAS event. Remember, this is the supposed to be what a scientology organization in its ideal state is like. And this one is manned primarily by Sea Org members sent from Los Angeles. Their event features Freedom METAL Winner Bobby Wiggins -- the very tired and very lame old horse pulled out of the barn to try to earn himself some commissions. And then they pull out the big guns from the Solid Waste Authority and the Lower Otentangy River Watershed! They are going full in on the WTH precept of protecting the environment it seems. This is … [Read more...]
Thursday Funnies
The bubble seems to have dried up with their promotional items this week. All worn out after a rousing celebration for Source perhaps? Too busy scraping up money to buy a birthday present for Captain Miscavige at the end of the month? Run out of things to say? Well, this is a surprise They have a "Black Scientologist" taking a service at AOSH Africa! Of course, its at the bottom of the Bridge, nowhere near the OT levels. Wonder how many people there are in this "Black Scientologists" group? The Ideal Attitude? Simple: hand over everything you have of … [Read more...]
