What Happened to Taryn and Justice4Mom?
For a while, the main attack vector used by scientology against me was my daughter, Taryn. She was used as a mouthpiece a fronted a website called "Justice4mom" which ought to cash in on the general "Me Too" movement. Her mother, Cathy was often seen by her side as a good "photo op" because it was her, poor “mom,” this campaign was supposedly all about. UK Protest Causing Stir
The Guardian ran a piece about the UK protest at St Hill coinciding with the IAS event. This was also picked up by Newsweek. This is clearly not good news for the COB and scientology. The piece not only talks about the protest but brings up the lawsuits Miscavige is named in as well as the Danny Masterson conviction. Scientology’s Silence on Danny Masterson is Deafening
Scientology has constantly attacked Leah and I for testifying in the Paul Haggis civil case where he was accused of raping a woman. The plaintiff never reported it to law enforcement, instead sending a demand for payment in exchange for her silence. Paul was the one who reported this to law enforcement and was told there was nothing they could do about it. The jury didn't know all of this as it was precluded from the case. If by chance you have not seen this piece on 60 Minutes Australia from last Sunday, I commend you to do so... The Australian media pull no punches, and this is one carries on the tradition. In the introduction alone they talk about scientology's "mob-style operations" and how it is "bullying" and "belligerent." At last, a measure of justice for the victims of Danny Masterson. It has been too long coming. And these women have had to endure WAY too much to get to this point. Each of them are strong beyond comprehension to have survived the ordeal they were put through: first by Masterson, then by scientology, then by law enforcement and finally having to relive the horrendous events in not just one, but two trials.
