Third in the birthday celebration series.... A recent article on the BBC Website raised an interesting question, and one of our eagle-eyed Special Correspondents sent it to me with the following comment, It seemed very appropriate on this day of saluting the accomplishments of David Miscavige. Mike, I saw this article on the BC news website today and it reminded me of someone:http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-magazine-monitor-27116092Wasn’t ‘Dear Leader’ followed everywhere and his every utterance recorded?I know the comparison has been made before, but the more I look at the situation in the D … [Read more...]

In Celebration Of A Sociopath
In celebration of the birth of a true sociopath, and as a gift not for him but for those who may be unfortunate enough to be in his world, I am reprinting an excerpt from an article that appeared in Signs of The Times. What is most interesting about this article to me is not the description of the characteristics of a sociopath, for these are brilliantly covered in Martha Stoutt's excellent book The Sociopath Next Door (the best $8 you will ever spend), but the discussion of apaths and empaths -- the people who come in contact with sociopaths. Many have pondered the question "Why don't Ray M … [Read more...]
The Events That Started It All
This is the first in a series posts today and tomorrow to celebrate the most important birthday in Scientology. The birthday staff have been paying donating for over months. There is nothing like a birthday to put everyone in the mood to look over the person's life and accomplishments and take stock of what it means to have been touched by their presence on this earth. I know it's a bit early, but there is a lot of ground to cover, so we start off with a pre-birthday look at just one aspect of the accomplishments of David Miscavige. Ask a Scientologist to tell you "what are the events … [Read more...]
The Auditor Mag
St Hill has a new system of distributing the Auditor Mag in a digital version. About time they moved into the 20th century. Though they probably print and mail copies too at enormous expense. You can click on the link here to see it and increase their stats dramatically.http://issuu.com/dpmaoshuk/docs/auditor_magazine_386-english But there is really only one thing of interest: the "Recent Completions" stats. Of course, they don't give any time frame for the completions, but you know that it is a pretty lengthy span when the same person is listed as completing "Student Hat", "Pro … [Read more...]
Freewinds Desperate For Anyone To Show Up
Seems the massive international boom being generated by the Golden Age of Tech, the Basics, the Golden Age of OT, the Golden Age of Knowledge, the Div 6 phase, Ideal Orgs, Golden Age of Tech II, the power of the IAS, Super Power, Cause Resurgence Rundown, Ideal SO Orgs, Ideal Pacifica Bridge, the International Dissemination Center, the International Media Center, the largest relief force on earth, 10+ million Scientologists and 11,000 Scientology orgs and missions are not resulting in anyone showing up at the Freewinds. With all this expansion happening, there should be a steady flow of … [Read more...]
How Many Scientology Missions Are There?
We have some interesting information from the Pubs Sector about Mission booksales, and by extrapolation about the Mission network itself. More substantiation of the non-existent "massive international boom." Sorry about the formatting, they sent this out as a password encoded document and I could not figure out how to get it copied over in its original format, so this is a just the text. There are two columns, all the way down the left is "Materials Sales" (Gross Booksales in dollars) and the right column is "Raw booksales." Many missions appear here more than once, someone with more … [Read more...]

The Infamous NYC Stress Test
A quick report from a Special Correspondent in the home of the "ideal" New York org (and of course the invisible CCNY and the imaginary Harlem ideal org, and the non existent Missions). This is where the infamous "stress test" began -- pushed into a fad by Angie Blankenship when she and Jenny Linson were sent by Miscavige to "expand the org" so the ideal building could open -- 10 years ago now. And yes, he spoke to them on the phone AT LEAST ONCE EVERY DAY and sent them long, rambling written orders every day too. Warren McShane and Allen Cartwright perjurious deposition … [Read more...]
Flag OTC Leak Watch
They are sparing no expense trying everything to find the leaks from the OTC, especially Flag. After the failure of the multiple separate versions comes this next attempt failure. An important programming note: because what is contained in these OTC Minutes is pretty much copy-text week to week (except more and more details are being eradicated) I am not going to publish any for a while. I might do some in a month or two all at once for comparison purposes. This is so I don't waste a lot of time on these essentially useless reports, but more importantly so the eager beavers in OSA won … [Read more...]
Not A Soul On The BC At ASHO Day
It seems Miscavige has turned his CGI into reality. He is forever showing empty buildings in his "fly-throughs" of ideal orgs. He is also continuously sending everyone BACK down the Bridge to "start over" or "redo" things. And of course pay for the pleasure even though he announces at these events that "some SP's" had screwed it all up -- but those "SP's" were the people entrusted with the JOB at the time. And while there have been many reports of empty courserooms (see posts here about the tour of Portland and the earlier one on Pretoria) this one takes the cake. According to a … [Read more...]
