SuMP Suckers
You sort of have to feel for the people that buy into the SuMP (Scientology Media Productions) pitches, and this woman has obviously jumped in with both feet. Instead of getting her roof fixed, she gives money for SuMP. A completely useless activity that serves no purpose other than as a hook to get money. And she actually believes that "we changed the whole dynamic in South America with WTH". And then the "media is all distorted" so you cannot rely on them to report about this massive success of changing Colombia, they never get it right. 2016 — The Year Of BS
Haven't had a chance to get this out yet. It perhaps encapsulates the reality within the scientology bubble better than anything. It is not only full of typos and spelling mistakes (Narcannon?), it is full of "scientology-think" - a strain of illogic that is sometimes hard to believe. And as an added bonus, it has a generous helping of shermanspeak ("the moment we synchronize with eternity" - perhaps it's some sort of get-together on infinity's porch?). The Truth About Scientology Staff
You may have seen something I put in the Thursday Funnies about how Tampa "model ideal double St Hill size" org is working on making it viable to be on staff. This is a another of the whopper lies in scientology -- somehow these organizations that charge people hundreds of dollars AN HOUR for services, do not have money to give a decent wage to staff members. Most live on income levels that are unsustainable without: a) a spouse or someone else who supports them or b) they work a second and sometimes third job in their "spare" time -- usually for a local scientologist. Scientologists pride themselves in proclaiming they understand how to correctly locate and assign "cause." This is a fundamental concept in both tech and admin. "Spotting correct source" and finding "real why's" and "spotting exact time, place, form and event" are catchphrases sprinkled through the scientology jargon. Is it in India? China? A large US city where there is no scientology org? Houston perhaps? Anywhere in the upper MidWest of the US? New Jersey? Perhaps Africa? Or in Russia? Nope. The "world's largest scientology field group" is right in Clearwater less than a mile away from Flag. And it specializes in auditing children of Flag public. You have probably read mentions of the idea that scientologists believe they cause things to happen that are quite mad. OT VIII's claiming it was their intention that brought down the Berlin Wall for example (meanwhile, they cannot make all orgs ideal and then tell Dear Leader "We are ready for you to release OT IX and X") But many of these things are the stuff of myth.
