I have declined to comment about Marty Rathbun until now for two reasons: I had no additional information about him than anyone else did, though people assumed otherwise. There is supposedly an old saying "if it isn't fun, it isn't scientology." Today, it's "If it isn't fundraising, it isn't scientology." Here is a frank, somewhat incredible email sent out to try and shame people into giving money for the Ventura ideal org. This effort is denominated a "war" and you are thus expected to sacrifice for the cause. Sea Org “Command”
This is "sea org" command. Here, "Command" means assuming an unearned position of authority (bestowed strictly by signing a billion year contract) where you order people around as if they are all your personal slaves. "I am counting on you" and "I am expecting" etc etc. The email below from the "CO FSSO" is a perfect example of the entitlement such people feel. Of course, no one would want to miss these events. Well, here is a new promo piece about Ideal Orgs and there is no mention of anything related to scientology. No mention of auditors made. Releases. Clears. No mention of helping people off drugs. Or doing anything. Just collecting money! Remember -- this org IS NOT MOVING. THEY ARE STAYING IN THE SAME BUILDING. So, what are they waiting for?
